Clear /10 goes for $2-2,500 raw, and there's three (maybe four?) PSA 10's out there. $7K minimum, possibly, $10K. The FBC purple #/10 is about a $10K itself, so...

Came to comment on the TC sale. Not sure how legit it is since there are two BINs sitting at the same price or lower.

The card is undervalued in comparison to the base Update though. Only a matter of time before it soars.

I checked the PSA site and there's only 2 PSA 10's. I have one of them. I know there's 1 that's all beat up that went for over 2K. Would be nice to see another gem mint go up for auction to see what it goes for.

I was referring to the clear /10's. There are 4, but I think the one 9 was a buff and polish job for one of the tens.

Are there only two red ink PSA 10's, and you have one?

I seriously think it a PSA 10 would command five digits at auction.

The clears are just a base parallel made of plastic and numbered to 10. No autograph.

That's why I was saying the Heritage would command a significant premium since it's the same number of copies, but autographed

Personally I would list it with a high BIN/BO for 30 days ($20k) to draw attention to it and get watchers. Hell, you may get an offer around 10k which I would probably grab based on the prices of Orange and Gold chrome autos. After 30 days, send it to a 10-day auction starting on a Thursday night at 10EST to end on a Sunday night when the Sox are playing the Sunday Night Game. To be fair though, with a card of this magnitude you could sell it at any reasonable time (not 2am on wednesday).

I’m willing to bet it wasn’t legit and we see it listed in a Facebook group at $250/$275 trying to use the $300 sale as a comp. My $210 snipe didn’t even register.

As much as I would like to see the TCU card go up in value and think it will, I believe the $305 sale isn't legit. The seller of that card quickly listed a new one for $299 BIN.

He had the card listed at $249, then after his card sold for $305, he quickly changed to $299. We shall see if the $305 is legit.

I think nobody is falling for it being a $300 card though. There's 3 listed right now less than that, and 1 is a best offer. I was actually looking at the one that ended but when it got over $250 I passed.

That is one of the best Target Red 8.5's I've ever seen. Is there some kind of surface dimple or indentation? Corners, edges and centering all look great!

Yeah if that 305 was legit, it was certainly an anomaly due to the nature of bidding.

I got roasted on an order last month. Typical PSA 10 success rate of around 92-93%, but this one came back at 74%. Nearly all of the 9's were some form of 2016 Bowman (draft, chrome, etc.)

I think I got a grader that just doesn't understand how the centering should be graded on those sets (granted it's an awful design). Never had the issue with this before and my next order jumped back to 96% with tons of the same type cards.

BC Auto PSA 10 just went for $960 at auction.

So I checked, and the seller of the $300 chrome update psa 10 left positive feedback to the buyer for the item. Now, that doesn't exactly mean anything, but surprising.

Still, none of the others have sold. I guess people are also watching the auction ending soon.
