Default Why so little love for Blake Snell?

Loses the no-no but pulled after 82 pitches in a 1-0 game? Stupid.

See Tim Lincecum and Brandon Webb. Two really amazing pitchers for a very brief time.

Pitchers have a great season and people want to anoint them the next Koufax or something. He’s young and Hs a chance to be really amazing for a long time. Hard to find pitchers with sustained greatness any more. Hope he can. He looks great

Agreed....managers should be fired for taking out starters who are pitching well and who are at <100 pitches.

Best way to wear out a bullpen is to not trust your Cy Young winning starter...serves Tampa right that they lost the game.

This in on Cash. Makes him look really dumb. This is part of the reason why Snell isn't as popular as he should be since he doesn't get the same opportunity to pitch deep into a game such as Scherzer, Kluber, etc.

He has only given up one ER in his last 3 starts.

True, but on the other hand it possibly helps his ratios to get pulled without allowing any more hits or runs.

Well it didn't hurt him last year despite pitching less innings.

Another reason Snell doesn't get much love is that he pitches on a team with a very small fan base....

How did that happen? Weird injury. Looks like he will only miss one start.
