If you sent your PP info to the buyer and he ghosted you, you should neg him to warn the forum of his behavior.
edit: I see it's been a couple of days, see if he's been on here since you sent him your PP info.

Thanks. I’ll send him a courtesy PM to let him know before I do. But this is what I was thinking as well.

Did you set any parameters with your acceptance. Such as I will agree but need 3.00 shipping or something like that? If you did then you have not completed the deal. If there were none and you sent the Paypal info then it should be a done deal.

Better to put it in the Feedback section. Putting it elsewhere could lead to it getting locked or moved anyway.
