He's at least better for this age. Larry turned 25 in December of his second pro season. Luka will be 21.

The game has certainly changed, but what Luka has done as a 19/20 year old in the league is unprecedented.

That's why I think its foolish to compare him to other players in their prime like I see a lot of people wanting to do. I often hear the Harden comparison. Harden wasn't doing what he's doing right now at 19 and 20. If you want to compare you have to go by what they did at the same age. I'm not sure who you would rather have at 20 years old then Luka whi is averaging nearly a 30 pt triple double.

That doesmt work either, he already has like 3 years proball while these dudes were still on HS.
Hes just his own person puttong up great stats that hopefully translate to playoff victories. Because thats all that really matters long term.

Kinda OT but hoping someone can share their opinion. I just pulled an immaculate quad auto redemption Luka Ayton Bagley Trae /10. Better to sell now as redemption or redeem and sell? This is a very solid group of 4, but just takes 1 to kill it and 2 of the 4 are 50/50 at best. Wish I could cut out those 2 lol.

I’ve always believed in Luka, but up until 2-3 weeks ago I was open to selling any of his stuff including an Immaculate Premium Patch auto red /14. Now I have been buying up everything I can since then and yesterday I got a contenders gold /10 rookie ticket auto. Was $1500 but current PWCC auction of the same looks like it will hit that and compared to non numbered tickets the value/comparison doesn’t make sense (never does in cards lol). I personally try to get numbered stuff as a priority, especially short prints (duh) as I try to think in 5-10 years what people would want to buy of Luka and think today there is crazy value on some of this stuff that will pay off big down the road vs “regular” cards going for the same range today. I own 2 PSA 10s, but I’m sorry I think the prism silver world is out of control and don’t think it’s going to hold up great vs a lot of other things. I’ll get killed for saying that though probably haha. This economics degree holder can’t get past it lol.

Last thing here in my novel. Where do you guys see his NT true RPA (say a raw/9) and Immaculate true RPA /99 in 1 year, 3 years, 5+? Is there a ceiling range in your opinion, and what would that be say if he wins an MVP and title someday? I’m really thinking of just saying yolo and acquiring a NT RPA. Going to sell a few nice cards to help. I think just rooting for a player like Luka while holding something like that would be worth it in itself for better or worse. Have a feeling a year from now I would be sitting here with the prices doubled saying damn. Okay novel over, sorry fellas!

16k now, and I agree, wouldn't be shocked if it gets hit. If Giannis gold 9.5 is $30-35k, this seems reasonable. No disputing print-run like people are arguing with the silvers.

I’ve decided I want to buy the whole set of 3. I pulled card 19. Actually had up for sale for $400, someone bought, then said cancel do not ship right away lol. Actually glad now and think these will be really sought after down the road much more than now, and also go for more once redeemed as they will be beautiful cards. So having said this, if anyone is selling immaculate moments Luka hit my messages

Curious about a few of these as well. I've been watching his Impeccable Elegance RPA shoot up 3X in value since the season started since I own one. I've got bills to pay so I threw it up in marketplace but a little part of me on the inside is hoping the other cards I put up sell and this one doesn't. While the prizm market MIGHT cool off or plateau eventually, I think some of these beautiful RPAs like NT, Impeccable etc are just going to keep rising.

I think if you had to rank the RPAs, not including their extended parallels like /25 /20 /5 etc. it would be something like:

1. NT Vertical RPA /99
2. NT Horizontal RPA /49
2. Immaculate Jersey Number RPA /77
3. Immaculate RPA /99
4. Impeccable RPA /99
5. Opulence RPA /99
6. Noir RPA Color /99
7. Noir RPA B&W /99

Not including Flawless here because of the lack of a RC badge, but I could see all of the varieties being in the 2 or 3 spot.

IMO Impeccable has a lot of room to grow. The eye appeal of that RPA is unmatched, and I think you could make the argument that it's the best looking of them all (except the NT Vertical RPA). So for that reason I think there is a ton of room to grow.

this will be unpopular and its amazing what Luka is doing........but you can't lose to Knicks even on road.......at some point they gotta start winning more, and then values will really take off

They need one more piece, tanking this year isn’t such a terrible idea, and Cuban has shown an affinity for it.
