sell them and buy the Luka. I think you generally get around 3 Holos per box, so you'd be getting 6 Holos out of a checklist of 200 cards. Of course you'd probably end up with a base and maybe some other stuff, but if the question is "should I rip to find a Luka", the answer is no

therein lies my problem too! i did grab six megas, ripped 3, got a zion pink and sold the other 3. but that is rare and unusual for me

Got a Luka threads dazzle in the mail today. I had asked the seller to ship in penny sleeve and top loader, card came naked in a top loader. Upon further inspection it also has some pretty decent damage to the top edge. What's the call on something like this? Should it have been disclosed on the listing or is this within the expectations of buying a raw card on eBay? It's probably the worst raw card I've received from eBay.

Can you link the ebay post? Can you check if it was already on the card or if it was damaged during shipping?

I couldn't exactly tell if the card was in a penny sleeve which is why I requested that it be shipped in a penny sleeve + top loader. Can't tell the condition of the card from the listing nor was there any mention of the condition besides "brand new".

That stinks. I would return it. I expect a raw card to arrive in a penny sleeve and toploader, properly packaged.

Yeah, I couldn't tell if it was just in an oversized penny sleeve that matched up with the top loader or not which is why I sent a message along with my payment requesting for it to be in a penny sleeve.

I just don't want to start a return and then see a new thread about it from the seller at the top of BO the next day!

But it does seem like a bit worse condition than the typical expectations of a raw current card.

funny, I think I was looking at a couple of this guy's cards and didn't bid because of the sloppy presentation... you can see trash just thrown on the floor in the background of some of his pictures. it sucks that the card is damaged, I guess the consensus is you're good to return because it seems like something that would fall under "significant enough that it should be addressed in the listing". next time if it's that unclear, just send a message and see if they reply. if no answer just wait for the next one to come around

Return and don't look back. No penny sleeve, but the lack of feedback is not going to do it for me. I always buy from veteran eBayers, or eBayers with loads of the similar items.

Just got my 6 holo optic in, a Bgs 9.5 (yes I prefer Bgs over psa sorry boys). Got it for a great price. Hopefully he keeps this up.
