Were you returning a possible trimmed card or just damaged? Big money?

I get worried about all these refunds that don't get paid out...

Not very...when I was there, he was a part-timer who worked odd hours, I didn't see much of him.

Oh man i hate that new auction icon. I get it that it can be filtered and all. But if there are 5 copies and if any of the five are for auction then it should show that icon. As they designed it, it now just shows 99 cents and you have to click to confirm if it is an auction.

It is even worse than i thought. If you set the filter to only buy it now (no auctions) the auctions are still listed.

I sometimes wonder if they know how people actually isethe site. It was way way better before this change.

Agreed, it is difficult to use right now. And if they are showing the auction price as the lowest price we should prepare for a flood of seller "price mistakes" based on sellers trying to undercut the 99 cent auction price they saw when listing.

This is idiotic. How can they never have a plan? They amaze me on how dumb they are on rolling new things out. Also I have wasted so much time this week trying to blowout a bunch of inventory because their bulk editor is broken. Had to manually change prices and just run a big sale. This sucks because the sales price doesn't reflect on eBay.

Tim doesn't know how people use the site and he is their programmer. The other top management doesn't know the user interface also. I really wish someone would buy them out.

Dear COMC,

are you going to fix the issue of your ebay listings being invisible to international customers? This was first brought up several months ago.

Previously it meant lost potential sales due to limited exposure, now as these auctions are starting it means frustration as I´ve just seen several hundred potential pc cards pop up on your website that I will be unable to bid on because I won´t see them on ebay....

I'm sure we'll get a blog post sometime in January showing us what Tim was doing during the holidays...that'll make everything better.

Buyer beware of fake Jerry Rice Pen Pals up for auction. Fake card and auto. The other one for sale on COMC is also fake.

Good to see COMC is still letting Evan Mathis sell cards.

To be fair, most of these cards were likely submitted before your first Mathis post 9 days ago. But yes, it's something they should be correcting in advance, rather than taking the Brent tactic of "sell/sell/sell," eh refund a couple, "sell/sell/sell."

Add: searched blowout users and there is a user here by that name.

Is it normal for this card to look like this?

Nope. Are you expecting COMC to move fast against more of their big sellers? During a min-manning week where they're rolling out new features? COMC's response to this trimming scandal has been lousy, no question.
