Default Block international bidders who use US reshippers?

I've sold an item twice to bidders in VietNam and Indonesia who both never paid. I have selected no international bidders but these guys get through because of the US shipping addresses. Is there any way block them?

Nope. The address have nothing to do with them paying or not. Those are actually the best international buyers to get. Once its delivered to the US address and reshipped they have no protection from Ebay if something happens. Once it shows delivered it becomes the reshippers responsibility. Have won 2 cases where the item was "damaged" in shipping. Both times the buyer wanted to return from their country not from the reshippers address that is an automatic win for the buyer.

Thanks.

I've always done ok with reshippers, I have a regular buyer in Saudi Arabia who buys PS4 games from me. I ship to Baltimore and never had a problem.

This item was an old Zippo lighter I found, all the bidders were from Asia, I guess Zippos are popular over there. I'll relist one more time, hopefully third time's a charm.

For some of us, up to $35 for a single card via the GSP, or $100 for maybe 150 cards plus other memorabilia via a re-shipper is the only way it is economical viable to even consider buying from some sellers.

All sellers seem to have cursed items. Had one I first listed the first week of November via auction. Buyer never paid relisted at fixed price took offer buyer never paid. relisted accepted offer buyer asked to cancel relisted as auction Finally got a buyer that paid Thursday at more than any other previous sale..

This. So glad I found COMC and their mailbox service. The GSP is a damn joke.

ive sold two cards to individuals in china (basketball cards, and they were my intended target) and they had the cards shipped to reshapers in Oregon and California. worked out fine for me. the cards delivered properly here which covered me as that was their PayPal address. getting to them in china was on them. so honestly, these are the best case International sales.
