Hey guys - I have a question and was wondering if this had happened to anyone else. I purchase four cards via probstein, honestly didn't notice they were his auctions until after they finished and am ok with it because I don't feel like I overpaid, but either way I paid for the auctions and I received them the other day and only three of the four cards were in there. I emailed Probstein and he just keeps saying he has a "confirmed scan" at first he told me to check again which I don't know how I would miss a card in a stack of cards but I did still not there. I sent a follow up today and his response was "still need more time - as of now we are showing a confirmed scan" I don't know what this means but all I know is that I purchase 4 cards received 3.
Do I have any leverage? Is there anything I can do here? Has this happened to anyone else? |

Did he combine ship in one package? This happened to me before but he admitted they lost one card so I told him I would send the two cards back to him for full refund and he refunded me full amount.

Last year he accidentally sent me a card that I didn’t purchase. I was nice enough to notify him and send it back so it could go to the proper buyer. Hope they “find” your card
