The best it was determined last year in the thread was estimated at around 1,000 original MC members. That was based on the order numbers for the sticker set last year before Topps made changes to the ordering of the MC sets. So about 1,000 sets may be a good ballpark number but we will not get the official numbers from Topps.

I just listed the cards individually. I sold all the low end commons for a 1-1.50 and everything else went up from there. Granted i sold my first set when i first got it so the cards were more in demand but i think i netted around 950 while keeping all the big rookies from that set.

This may be a question that I should know the answer to, but why would Topps not share that information. They must have it. What do they gain from not publicizing that?

What do they gain by publicizing it? I don't recall the last time they shared the print run on any unnumbered set/parallel/variation/insert.

It feels like it would open up a can of worms if they answered that question, because then people would be asking constantly about the print run on everything. I'm sure they probably already do anyway, but if they release the numbers on one thing, people are going to expect it across the board.

My thought was that for this set they could show its growth year over year and how it is something people should be jumping in on. I would say I am sure Topps marketing knows what they are doing, but I think we all know that isn't true.

Oh, I don't think it's a marketing strategy at all. It's more that they would prefer to not be bothered. The program grew this year (and sold out) despite how horribly they ran it last year, so they aren't going to spend any time actually promoting it beyond what they already do.

Couple of questions

Is there any way to determine which set is which without opening the boxes? I’ve got 6 sets sitting on my shelf and they all look 100% identical

Is anyone selling set 1 complete? I guess I sent mine to COMC?

Have there been 7 total small box sets?

Ok that’s it for now, thanks

Also, does Karl Ravech look like he is on coke to anyone else?

Have a great night

You have to be logged in to see it since non-members can't buy it.

If they didn't sell out when they were 40% off, they aren't going to move any at the original price. I'd imagine they still have plenty of the 2018 product.

I am actually surprised they have any left. I figure there were about 1200 boxes made, so I would have thought they were long gone.

I bought one at the 40% off price. Was still greatly disappointed with the results.

Never again.

I had great luck with the two I got.

Two Platinum 1/1s and some other nice pulls as well.

Good job. Love the decor. Fun, clean and looks to have everything it needs. Beastie Boys vinyl table, very nice.

Love the "Swingers" wall sign modify.

Worked in a pizza place many years. If I ever quit agriculture and people stopped collecting, I'd like to own a pizza place. Best of luck to you.
