Current-Year Basic 10440884 20 % 200 31 0 2/18/2020 3/12/2020 $50.70
Current-Year Basic 10350898 15 % 300 300 0 2/13/2020 3/11/2020 $0.00

And they get pushed back again.

My 250 card current-year sub was due yesterday. They finally added the first 33 cards to my inventory last night and 10/33 were wrong players/photos.

And they still charged full price, even when they are incomplete/wrong. That's the best part.

I had a large portion of sub drop on the night it was due with most of the cards missing player names. I sent an email about it...you guys already know what happens next.

Anyone know why COMC is not responding to emails about an account shipment that I had scheduled and paid to have sent home?

Placement date was the 19th of February. I paid the upgrade fee for priority shipping. The package was supposed to arrive tomorrow and it still shows in my account that it hasn’t even shipped yet. Anyone have any idea what to do? Would the BBB do anything to help with their time commitments?

I wouldn’t be upset if I hadn’t paid extra to receive the items by a certain date. So far, only crickets from COMC on the matter..

Customer service is the absolute worst and that's what will ultimately be their downfall. Running behind? Fine, but be upfront about it. People are stuck in this waiting game with no idea where they're at in the process. My last shipment was 5 days late. I reached out - got a response 2 days later, and there was 0 acknowledgement of the fact that it was late. Just a simple "it shipped yesterday." I'm extremely low level on there, so I can't imagine what others are going through. I gave them another shot after the whole Newgistics debacle, and I'm not 100% sure I will again unless they can get everything under control and show that they actually care even a little bit about their customers.

I have a 2 -week select service batch due today of 94 cards, shows 20%, based on others recent experience do I have a chance they will do this one on time, or will I more than lately be waiting extra time? Also if it is late, what is the current discount for late posting? Should it be half off? 20% off? I am confused by the changes.

Wow just off the phone with COMC customer service, next time I will just go outside and bang my head repeatedly against the brick wall..

No clue as to when the remaining 83 cards of a CY Select batch that should have completed on 2/13 and now shows 3/11.....

So disgusted with them I asked for a charge to ship all remaining batches back to me and just forget processing them which are 3 batches and a little over 1K cards...Can't wait to see the S&H charge they come up with..

This has to be the worst managed and worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

I've been dreading calling myself but I guess I might have to. It's going on a month and a half from an initial email with no responses to date that I'm aware off. Someone please tell me that I'm sending these emails to the wrong place. It's still staff@comc.com correct? These emails are for cards I bought that remain locked and I can't do anything with them. I've emailed them 5 times since my initial email, still with no response. It's laughable at this point.

I also have emailed them about cards that have been in pending sale status for some time and locked and I have gotten no response on that one either.

I also have a Select batch due today. I think they will make mine...so far 28 cards left out of 80 something. I believe the discount is 50%. Did they process any of yours yet? btw the percentages mean little to us...its an internal thing. Mine shows 20% and they are over half done.

I think the last time they were super behind on processing they just pushed all of the late batches back months and then focused on the ones they could avoid the fee on. At this point I would think it will take months..especially with everyone sending in stuff before the deadline. Maybe by summer?

None have posted at all yet from the entire 94 card batch, as a side note I had a 1 - week current year select due last Friday and to my surprise some cards posted multiple days early, and the entire batch was completed one day early.

Do you think COMC will survive and thrive? Or will they go poof?

If they don't change in a hurry my guess is poof

Business can't prosper and grow with crap service except maybe PSA and BGS

Seems to be exactly what is happening. I have a feeling they may also start prioritizing subs under the new rules over those that were rushed in

I think they will survive and thrive, just take PSA as an example, they are thriving, at least PSA sort of has two competitors in BGS and SGC, COMC does not have a competitor that offers the same type of service, ebay, sportlots, beckett marketplace and BST board are all different animals.
Overall I am still happy with COMC despite some of their problems they have had over the years, there have been many issues but they always seem to get them resolved, it is just a slow process.

The same thing PSA and BGS have, COMC also has. Little to no competition for their product. Until someone else opens up a consignment service that can compete with them people will continue to both send in and purchase from them. God help them if a legitimate competitor shows up on the stage.

I've been selling a lot of cards in the last few days, so the marketplace seems to be strong but they need to improve on their end considerably.

The bad thing is for everyone who is late who submitted them as select or higher. Those subs with the discount will be charged as basic submissions but take months to finish.

Update

When I called CS a bit ago reference a sub that should have been added by 2/13 the page was showing 287 processed and 83 pending....

NOW It shows 287 processed and none pending and CS says that was all in the sub...

i counted the cards before mailing and maybe i was off 1 or 2 but no way did I miscount by 63...They have no idea what happened to the other cards......

Beyond pissed now.

Absolutely still thrive. Despite poor customer service and delays in submissions and shipping they still are by far the best way for us to sell our cards, especially with those that get listed not just on their site but Ebay and Amazon as well. The auction style listings on Ebay have also been a good hit and a lot of people are hoping for grading submissions being possible sometime in the future. Despite the numerous flaws that people are complaining about they still are/should be making some good money compared to if the site did not exist anymore

Good luck...I had cards disappear on me as well. Unless you have a list of what you submitted you may be out of luck. The sick thing was that I submitted cards that people rarely submit...coincidentally another seller was listing a bunch of cards similar to mine at the same time. They told me at the end...they were all his and unless you have a list of what you submitted then you need to move on. I accepted that I take pictures of the cards I care about and the rest is the cost of doing business with them.

Nah....Panini, PSA, BGS all provide horrendous service and we all accept it and thank them for the opportunity to treat us like crap. COMC is no different. As long as we are all making money on their platform, keep sending in cards, and remain the best mousetrap...they will be just fine.
