it's not all about the money, I don't use any of the companies above.
Some people just have too many cards to ship back.
Don't put all your cards in one basket.

You're likely screwed, this is becoming a habit of theirs, and one of the many reasons I am bowing out of selling anything there. Same situation for me, and never- not once- have I received a reply to an email sent. Literally, not once.

I just got the tracking number for my first shipment off COMC, under the Economy level and using the 100 item shipping credit. It was one day after the estimated shipping date, but there isn't anything urgent and I got free shipping so I'm not upset. Fingers crossed everything's there!

I have been selling on COMC since 2011. I have a Basic Service batch of 792 cards due today. 43 cards were processed. Unless these cards magically get processed before midnight PST, this will be the first time in my experience, that they have missed the scheduled processing time.

Unless they get their act together, this will be the last time I send in cards to sell through COMC. Just a couple of pet peeves & examples. They rejected & will not allow a W.H. Brady R-34 Commando Ranger card to be listed. They were kind enough to charge .90 cents to reject the card. I also see some sellers sell graded Advanced Grading Specialists cards, but will not allow me to do so. I thought they could just list the card as encased.

Like many others, my sales have been strong, but there are serious concerns with COMC. IMO, they need to hire a dedicated IT Specialist, a couple of extra people in the shipping department & add a couple of trained Customer Service reps. This might save themselves a lot of aggravation & alleviate the continual problems they have.

The time you could send in "encased" cards went by the wayside some time ago. The ones you see on the site were grandfathered in.

Update: 86 of the 94 cards posted last night, I count my cards three times, and if I don’t get the same number all three times, I count them again. I hope I don’t have “lost” cards like others are mentioning. Hopefully they are just late, but I find it odd they would miss the deadline over 8 cards.

Mine finished fully. I got an extra card in processing but either I missed counted the cards which may have happened because I remember adding and subtracting one or two cards before the shipment....plus all the cards match the type of cards I own and would submit. Hopefully you get your remaining cards. I still have some basic submissions left but those are months away...and another select that just arrived. I wanted to submit another basic sub and select but those cards had a higher average value and with the reported missing cards...I felt it was just easier to wait for them to get less busy before submitting another $2,000 in cards.

That’s been my concern with them so I make a list every time. But I only send in small batches, thankfully. If I was a large cosigner I’d be too nervous every time I sent stuff in. My last two batches I sent the other day are a combined 207 cards so it was easy to write every card down.

I have never once made a list of wht I submit. Of course everything I send in is stuff that either just not worth listing or Ebay or did not sell on Ebay. Does not matter to me what happens to it.

To be honest what would a list prove unless you are talking about serial numbers cards. They would still tell you to kick rocks.

I think a list is better than nothing. Of course serial #'s would help greatly but a list at least provides a belief that you are right vs...you are mistaken. Especially if the processor worked on the same cards that popup with another seller. Some sellers are honest and tell COMC they have cards that aren't theirs uploaded into their port...while I think the vast majority price and move on.

I sent a bunch of graded cards to COMC that arrived on Friday but havent been added to my pending submissions yet. Should I be worried?

Anyone know what happens if you dont put the submission slip in the package?

Did you put your username somewhere in the package? If so, I expect them to treat it as a Mailbox submission.

I mean, im pretty sure i sent in the submission slip, but ive never seen them not have the submission listed under my account when a package is received, ive sent in probably a hundred subs over the years. Not sure if they are just backed up, or if they put it under someone elses account, or something else. Probably have to call them tomorrow.

That's a relief, I figured as much that people were sending in tons of stuff to beat the price increase. This was a my biggest sub, 15k or so in cards.

Anyway requested a shipment out lately and know how quickly or timely packages have been scanning in to ship and arriving on time?

If you use either or the rushed shipment they will go out the next day. I use those to save frustration of waiting a couple weeks.

15k!! Whoa. Mine was a lowly 125 cards or something. But a 52 bowman mantle within. Way uncool they cant at least just scan them as received so as to not give customers heartburn.

Business is booming!

PWCC auctions continue to set record prices. PSA and BGS have a backlog the size of a Warehouse. Hop on the train or get left behind!

Cards=$$$
