Default 2013-14 Prizm Retail Box

Hi,

I rarely buy boxes but went out and purchased a 2013 Prizm Retail, budget only allows for retail and not hobby.

All that aside; do I open the box or leave as is sealed ?

Thanks
P

It depends on 2 thing IMO:

1. Did you buy it for investment, or for fun?

2. Do you like gambling or steady appreciation?

The retail parallels are really nice in hand for that year.

Zero chance of silver if it is retail.

By retail box, do you mean a blaster with 7 packs or the 24 pack ct?

Price would also have to be considered!

Retail can also have red or blue prizms. Not serial numbered.

Leave sealed. Otherwise, you'll most likely get destroyed.

I opened 3-4 of these boxes back when they were around $50

You'll get a couple of colored Prizms

I got a few semi-star type players like Malone and Draymond

My only autograph was a Blue Prizm Auto Ian Clark

So many panini releases hard to keep up; purchased the box which has 7 Packs Per Box, 4 Cards Per Pack, which I assume is a blaster. Does that make a difference ?

I would assume the more sensible approach would be too not open it but being a blaster it won't set the world on fire in the long term.
