As for the buyer, under the FnF option, his only recourse to even remotely have the possibility of being refunded would be forced to choose "unauthorized" charge, which is what you said he did, right? You then turned it around on him by calling him a liar when you trapped him into a corner with no other option. The final go to in the scammers handbook? Play the victim card.

Is this what transpired, guys? If so, even Ray Charles could see how much of a set up this was from the start.

And if it wasn't, just the sellers premise of "I don't usually sell cards, I took a pic, didn't really look at what I was offering, nor provide an accurate description, it's the buyers responsibility to judge from the crappy pictures I used and it's his problem now" is used car salesmen'esque enough in and of its self.

I guess that does speak volumes when the mods did that. They also would not remove the PR negative when he tried to screw me over and fought it. So it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. Shady stuff like that is specifically why I would never purchase from Blowout ever again.

Blowout has never made any mistake before right?..I mean besides when they lost data for hundreds of customers and put everyones information at risk...No Biggy....or when they sponsored Prospect Rush and his repack before he defrauded thousands of dollars from fellow customers/users. Gotta say this was funny to read, but man did he come off high and mighty just insulting every person who even argued against him. All of this could have been settled and avoided by having better judgement and maybe treating people better, especially in a time like this.

Likewise. It’s clear OP is selling “as is”, with no returns, and if potential buyers want more photos before purchasing he’ll happily send them.
But he didn’t state that in his listing.
So the buyer thought they could return when they received a card with a flaw that wasn’t obvious from the initial post.
Two wrongs and all that. (Not even wrongs, more like mismatched expectations.) Then it all went downhill.
Plus the OP has the customer service and social skills of a belt-sander.

Guess what, I literally said I have no anger towards the buyer. I didn't scam anyone. I won my paypal case, after the buyer literally lied on his claim. After being advised to do so from Blowout forum members, but I'm the one who's in the wrong right? I sent exact item I advertised and he lied, but I'm bad. Got it kid.
