For the quoted, though, are you suggesting that if someone who purchases a card from you finds a defect that neither they nor you noticed and was not plainly clear on a scan or pic of the card (one that you agree is there when it is pointed out), you wouldn't take a return on it?

Can you see how people would find that to be a bad business practice? It would be one thing if this was a case of a card describe as NMT and the buyer wanting a gem and trying to return, but there is an obvious defect that you admit wasn't disclosed by you (again, with no malice on your part).

I'm just trying to get you to see things from the buyers perspective and ask what you would want to happen if you were the buyer. Until the lie on the 2nd claim, they did nothing underhanded. The product they received was damaged in a way that wasn't plainly described.

This matter may be closed, but going forward, I do hope you'll take the valid criticism that you've been given (ignoring the insults and accusations of scamming).

I appreciate that you have been fairly respectful. I hear what you're saying and totally understand that some will feel a certain way about me, and honestly it does not matter. Its just cards. They are not important. At all. I have no interest in looking for tiny details on cards or pandering to the grading addicted degenerates. I had a card and sold it. I will continue to send exactly the item I have pictured. If buyers don't like it, don't buy from me. Very simple.

Do you people ever wonder why it's a just a small group of people prospering on here? It's not luck or a coicidence. It's a rigged contest. I've known his for some time. If you can accept that, you may enjoy collecting more and stop worrying about this stupid stuff. Grading is a scam rigged for a small percentage of people. Yeah I said it again, and I don't care.

I wish all of you the best but the only jerks here are the ones that continue to attack me. I didn't scam anyone yet continue to get called one. My opinion won't be changed so leave me alone if I'm so offensive to you. Before you answer I don't care. It's nothing personal to you or anyone, I just don't have time for it.

This place is a shrinking demographic that is mostly made fun of outside of this community. I've enjoyed most of my time. If this is the end, so be it. I have no worries at all.

I don’t think the buyer is lying. I’ve had this happen before. You buy a card based on a flat scan where quality, lighting, etc all have impacts of how it appears. Then you get the card in hand and you see the issue. You go back to an original scan and it’s hard to see, but yep there is a hint of the issue. On bigger value cards I will ask the question. On smaller purchases I will just eat it but on a big ticket item I’d request a return.

So in this case the seller says he didn’t see the scratch yet says it’s on the buyer to see the scratch based on a scan. The biggest surprise to me is that the seller came on here thinking he’d get support on the issue.
