All cards taking off or just the Trout first release? Is the Trout first release the lowest print run of all cards or just the low PR for Trout? I see the resemblance of the new Trout card to the 2011 diamond, I would think this one will have a big print run

Well it's not lowest PR on whole run (that was Gooden at 1065 on card #12, so far). But I think it will be the lowest PR Trout.

I share the sentiment, but I think even "Stock Image + Plain Frame" and
"Faceless Wonder" will have higher PRs due to the increased attention of p2020.

Wow, I like that one a lot. Definitely going to buy an auto version of one of Keith’s cards as well as one of Blake’s. Just not sure which player(s) yet.

I’d like for you to be right, but I don’t think a Trout from here on out sells less than 5,000 copies. Too many people will be putting this set of 20 together. I wouldn’t be shocked if they all sold over 10,000.

The one from Oldmanalan might be an outlier.

Exactly what I was thinking. 5000 is the floor for Trout and prob Jeter card PRs at this point.

Random thought. What if oldmanalan is messing with us and his cards are brutal on purpose because they're actually Project2020 rip cards like Ginter.... The 130's are thick enough, and with the sealed case virtually nobody would open it to find out.

That's not the case, he's just a guy that's taking free money from Topps, but it would be amazing if it was.

Agreed... Anything less than 7,500 on any of the other Trouts will surprise me at this point.

I’ve been hoping there’s something more to Oldmanalan’s cards that we just haven’t figured out yet. It’s fun to speculate.

Some artists paint over previous paintings. Maybe his cards have the iconic likenesses under the top, thin layer, and all you have to do is peel that top layer off.

Its even better when you know Topps is basically sending you at least $200 per day because they let you get APs everyday.

Damn, I happened to refresh right as the AP appeared for me and they already showed they had been running for 17 min. I was on the site at noon and the AP never showed up until around 12:17. The Griffey was sold out and the Gibson still showed as being available but would not let me add it to my cart.
