It’s still an on card auto on a us300.

Nice card for a PC. If it is an investment card it won’t bring as much as an original sticker. That’s the only downside if that’s your upside thinking. Hard core collectors who spend the big money most likely won’t touch it because of that stamp. Unless they are having a boring day....Some folks hate that Archives !

I personally don’t mind them in this case being it is the us300 and there aren’t any on card autos from the base set unless I’m mistaken. That’s really all archives is good for, the cards that never were...and still sort of arent lol. Whew.

The 2019 1/1 sold for $1,275 in July 2019. I think I ended up 2nd highest bidder.

Now that there are two Topps issued 1/1 autos, I guess I'm OK with missing out. Definitely wanted that one when I first saw it, especially since the pack-issued Update autos are stickers.

Purchased this yesterday from a great member on here. Can't wait to get it. Love doing deals with people on these boards. With the recent prices of Soto I did consolidate my collection a bit and sold some Pinks, Xfractor and Refractors of his. But I think I will survive with this and my red refractor.

Working on the rainbow, anyone got a 7 or 5 or lower?

The '6' actually looks really good except for the left edge that could rival a vintage O-Pee-Chee cut.

I opened a bunch of 2018 Update and can confirm that edge problem is not completely uncommon.

I'm sure this question has been addressed before, so please excuse the redundancy. Which do people believe has a greater upside? A PSA 10 Update Chrome or a PSA 10 Update 300? Both currently seem to be trending at a similar price.

I prefer the chrome, looks "cooler". But its still undecided which one has the greater upside I think. For PSA regular is condition sensitive more so than chrome, but there are less copies of chrome out there. PSA 10 regular pop 13k is 2x more of chrome, so chrome I think takes a slight lead.

Thanks for the input. I'm by no means a big spender. That being said, I have a PSA 10 Update Chrome and have been debating on trading it in (so to speak) for a PSA 10 300.

Yes I agree with the previous poster. I have 1 x us300 PSA10 and 10 X hmt55 PSA 10s. I definitely prefer the chrome to the regular, but I can also understand if someone prefers the regular card as it’s a great card to own in itself.

I’m so happy topps got this right at least in picking a great image for Soto’s rcs. If it is possible to own both I think you should as they are both awesome cards to have.
