Picked up some rare Venezuelan issued 1000 Sonrisas RC autos. These are made and sold by a charity organization in Venezuela. All proceeds go to the charity, if you see them, buy them up ! Edges are a bit rough on one of them but very cool items for the hard core Torres collectors out there. Not for everyone, as some enjoy topps issued products (understood). Hope some of you enjoy the share. I personally like the “Jeter” looking image.

Ha ha I doubt it, like I said, they are from Venezuela !

They aren’t for everyone. Just something I thought I would share with the collectors. Here’s the backs.

He is from Venezuela, and he has worked with this organization for years. If you feel your collection “loyalties” confine you to Topps or another licensed MLBPA/MLB association then that’s great, but collecting is collecting. These have a little swagger/home town charity appeal as opposed to me printing them in my basement.

You can find his posts on Instagram along with his comments and video in regards to the organization and what they do for the youth.

Sent in the foilboard I pulled a few months ago using a Collector's Club voucher, and just received the card back in the mail today. I did get upcharged by PSA for the first time on this card, but I'm not complaining:

Apparently MLB has decided with the failure first of Trout to carry the mantle, and the challenges they had w/Bregman and the Astros' cheating scandal, that their next "chosen one" will be Gleyber. HUGE!

Interesting to see them pass over others for this. Maybe "Yankees effect"?
