The lag is known to cause a lot of accidental p2020 ebay purchases and subsequent return requests. I'd advise people to stay away or upgrade.

I reported the buyer for a fraudulent return before they even escalated the case.

eBay is just a cesspool. I’m out fees and I pay his shipping back to me all over buyer remorse.

Welcome to eBay. Been there done that too many times. You didn't lose a $1k return over a scuffed box and mag lol lost it on declining value as you already know. There would have been another made up excuse if there was no mags/box to blame.

I don't understand the bracket thing. This will take 72 hours per set of 8 card pairings, so won't that end up taking like a month and a half to work through the first 100?

Nah, we are using specially calibrated Project 2020 math and calendars for it. Should be done in about a week. Only the first round of voting counts in the polls, it’s just about the head to head winners. Then a new bracket will be created.

I have not received Williams Efdot, Thomas Don C, etc. People are getting notifications about #77 and I am on #71. What the heck???

I don't think you're alone. I bought the Siff Mattingly (#69) from Topps and one from eBay and the eBay one is going to get to me before the one direct from Topps does.

If your description says something about the box and/or case condition, would that reduce returns?

Or basically does it not matter because shady buyers will just pick a different excuse?
