Side note: there's an Embiid Celestial Jersey # ending today. It's already at 30 bucks. I can get a Blue Ice Prizm and Red Optic from this year (same print run as the Celestial) for way less than 20 bucks.

I know jersey number carries a premium but I always assume it was somewhere between 50 and 80 percent. Unless it's much higher now, how on Earth does an average looking Spectra parallel outsells Prizm and Optic combined?

It's the "first to market" and "I want to be the only Embiid collector to get this...NOW". Combine that, and you get that price.

I think the buyers think that card will go to someone's PC, never to be seen again...they go high on it!

I guess we will see today and tomorrow if hobby breaks are really this bad. If hobby RPA/RJA are only falling 1 every other box really what's fair for FOTL? Is anyone going to argue FOTL isn't worth triple hobby? Who am I kidding? I'm sure we know the guys that will say FOTL isn't even worth 1.5xs hobby.

No, but it means hobby should be $350, not that FOTL should be $2400

You are mixing up the context of the argument. Is it even worth opening a box of FOTL at $1500-$2000 or you say triple $3000?? @3k, would you rather open a box or buy the card from spectra? This stuff should be $400 a box tops.

Thats $250 a random team on an 8 box case before any markup. Still not worth it

Of course? You're pissing away money spending $100 for a 1:15 chance at the right team to have a ~1:13 chance to hit the right RPA. This is degenerate gambling. Nothing more than a sad ignorance of simple math. It's inexplicably moronic. Go take all the money you would spend in the break room and take yourself to Vegas instead. With the amount of money people drop in group breaks these days, they could spend all day at the craps table and maybe even make some money doing so!

Mine was one that sold actually between that price today but the buyer has 0% feedback last 12 months and only 28 total lifetime. Seems untrustworthy, am I allowed to cancel and relist?
