Haven’t submitted in a couple years so I was worried about all the discussion on how much stricter they are. But it seems to me it’s on par since my last experience.

I actually wrote economy on my package and it turned out fine. But as others have said, maybe writing CC will help.

I had almost given up on these, was surprised to get the shipment notification on the one and it looks like the other order will done soon. Can't believe it's been nearly 6 months since I've shipped these out.

Pretty happy with the 75% gem rate, pretty much inline with my previous bulk subs.

Pizza tracker looks a bit different for reholdering:








I got an order back (57 cards) and most of the holders had these white spots/bubbles inside the holder, under the label. Contacted PSA customer service, they quickly confirmed it qualified for re-holder and they provided me a FedEx label once they had my name/address/PSA customer #.

This obviously passed through QA Check 2 ("Labels are reviewed for errors, and holders are examined for defects.") so I wasn't optimistic, but turns out they're taking care of it.

I have a Bulk received the day after you ( 1/24) that is also still in Research. But- you have to add 20 business days (for covid) plus the 100 business day estimate- which for your order would be 7/15. So your order ( like mine) hasn’t even hit the 100 business day target yet.

Just sent a new Economy order with some Brons, Lukas, Zions. Can't wait to get it back around Christmas lol -- went ahead and sent this in because SGC's 20-day is a joke and if I'm waiting, then I want PSA.

Anyway, my current order has been in Grading for about 2 weeks now. It's a 15 Voucher CC order. Maybe I'll get that back before the season starts??? We'll see. I also guarantee I get upcharged too because some LeBron cards I sent have skyrocketed over the last 2 months that I sent.

update on my Express orders... regular Express got done in 5 biz days, Express Crossover took 11 days, Jordan quarterly special still not logged, tomorrow will be 3 weeks (all subs sent in the same box)

Results were solid. 3/4 Gems in the Express, 5/8 BGS 9.5s (Quads or better) Crossed to PSA 10

Has anyone done a 'walkthrough' level order recently? I overnighted a card that was received this morning via Fedex, and I am curious (and anxious) of when the process will actually start for them to show the tracking # on the website, log, and actually ship back out. I would hope for this level that it would get done in like 1-2 days and it would be on it's way back by next week sometime. Am I being naive?

Pizza tracker looks a bit different for reholdering:


I got an order back (57 cards) and most of the holders had these white spots/bubbles inside the holder, under the label. Contacted PSA customer service, they quickly confirmed it qualified for re-holder and they provided me a FedEx label once they had my name/address/PSA customer #.

This obviously passed through QA Check 2 ("Labels are reviewed for errors, and holders are examined for defects.") so I wasn't optimistic, but turns out they're taking care of it.

Sent PSA a submission in a small flat rate box. Tracking shows it was delivered at 2:43pm, Refused and Return to Sender at 2:44 pm. Anyone know what the heck is going on??? It was insured and required a signature. Anyone had this happen?

Did you send to their P.O. Box? If you sent to their street address I assume it gets refused and returned.

I have to send an order in shortly - I can't believe how long these turnaround times are. I'm sorry if I missed this, but they charge your credit card when they log it I assume?

PSA/DNA is much quicker but then again, autographs can just go to the NJ office. The only signed items that take a long time right now are the cards that you want labeled correctly (e.g. "1986 Fleer" vs just "Trading Card"). As it was explained to me, the autograph department reviews it first and then it goes to the trading card guy (where the bottleneck is). I understand why the orders take so long but man, what a bummer.

Problem order-- Ultra Modern Bulk-- (Received 7/6) just got logged with the correction (1 extra Ohtani Heritage base was included) earlier today. It took less than 48 hours from them letting me know to fixing the correction once I stated a declared value over email. Was impressed. PSA picked this package up on 6/1 FYI.

Another bulk that was logged on 2/14 just went to Assembly after spending half a day in Grading.

Same here. My Fed ex package for a free reslab (chunk of dust visible on card) was delivered 6/10 but not marked received yet. I did fill out the paper form the customer support rep gave me and wrote express on the outside.

Just noticed some I got back have those white spot bubbles. Is that something that will affect the slab over time or you wanted to get them re-holdered for visual appeal?
