My longest wait so far was a package received by them on 5/4 and not logged in until 6/9. Funny thing is- it was one of 4 packages they got from
Me that day and the other 3 were logged on 5/19.

Be patient. They have it and they will log it.

If you call CS, they have a rough date of what they are logging in and if yours falls earlier ( usually 3-4 weeks)- then they will flag it for you And it will show up in a few days.

If I were you I would give it a few days and if by end of next week ( a month) it’s not logged, give them a call.

If it’s UPS then you are probably correct. How this place functions is beyond me. At least regionally where I live they are beyond incompetent. USPS priority has always been good to me.

Did you write "Express Service" clearly on the outside of the box? I was told to label it that way in the email they sent with the return instructions. I put that on almost every panel so they wouldn't miss it. That helps the order get logged in quicker. Otherwise, it could take 3-4 weeks based on what others have realized, just to get the order in their system.

They sent me a PDF link...when opened, the card submission number is filled in dynamically. I had 38 cards to return and the form only has 15 lines, so I entered 15, printed the sheet, cleared the rows manually, and filled in the next 15. Repeat for the last 8 cards. That way I had 3 sheets printed with all 38 cards listed, and all three sheets with the same submission number on them.

From the email:
4. Please make sure to also print out and include a copy of this email. Write on the outside of the package “Express Service”. This will help expedite the order entry process only. This is not the turnaround time for a reholder.
Reholders do not have a set turnaround time. Turnaround varies by demand.


They told me they do try to expedite the re-holder in this situation, but no guarantees.

It moved to QA Check earlier today, so it should hopefully ship soon...maybe tomorrow??

I'd like to sell some of the cards without buyers complaining about the holder, and without having to lower my price because the holder is viewed as defective. That was the main motivation. Gives me some hope, my oldest bulk order is 3/11 (still in Research), this is the closest date I've seen to mine yet.

Agree...I still have a Jan out there, so it is really luck of the draw. First in First out is not a thing at PSA as we all know. Drives us mad!

Seems like PSA is consistently hitting early march subs. My logged 3/3 order moved to grading this week. Seems like I should have them back within 2 weeks. So about 20 week turnaround instead of 17, which isn't too bad all things considered.

I sent in 3 orders that were delivered 6/8 and none of them have been logged yet. I sent them an email and they replied that it is taking them about 4 weeks+ to get orders checked in.

I just talked to customer service again today. They told me I’m at day 102 and there’s nothing they can do to help me. Said that I can call after it gets delivered and they may give me a voucher. Yayyyyyyyyyy

Not '87...but I sent a bunch of '89 Donruss and didn't do great. I bought a cello box, two wax boxes from a case (not ragged loose boxes), and a case of "The Rookies" sealed sets, so all the cards were really nice. A couple of 10s. Mostly 9s. A couple of 8s.

Realized all of my 9s had something like a fisheye print spot on them, and my '8' Griffey that had gem corners/edges/centering had a streaky print mark on the front that I overlooked. Good lesson, I learned from that and got better.

I pulled 5 '89 Donruss Griffey rookies from what I opened and only one was worth grading (I thought) and it came back an '8'.

Out of 15 The Rookies sets, I sent about half the Griffeys and got 6-7 9's and 1-2 8's. I did get two Randy Johnson 10s. But it was rough.

Good luck if you break & sub '80s Donruss.
