I agree on both to be honest, even if we got there via different paths; he’s just not for me. I try to look at cards from all perspectives though, which leads me to different conclusions sometimes. I find this board particularly interesting because I get a POV I’m not really exposed to from friends, which is from card collector purists. Specifically I enjoy looking at I card I think is excellent again from the POV of someone who dislikes it from more of a baseball purist perspective. Makes it a fun process, and it’s also why I push back a lot when people just say, “that card sucks”. I just like to know why; although sometimes it’s just as simple as I saw it and I vomited where I sat.

P2020 can evoke feelings from people from all sorts of backgrounds and angles coming into the set

as someone that has been collecting cards for far too long (time wise) and is a self proclaimed "GET OFF MY LAWN"'er, Ballers Mo is just a Hybrid of his 1993 Bowman and the 1997 Bowman International parallel set

Just doesnt "work" for me, and that's OK

Now, Ballers Gooden on the other hand.... that is the first non-Blake card that i intentionally bought more than one copy of (i bought the five pack). THAT card is flat out amazing to me, as someone that was born and raised in Flushing, NY and was able to see Shea from his kitchen window

As a Phillies fan who was raised to dislike the Mets but yet whose best friend is a Mets fan, I think the Doc cards have been my highest ranked player set. He was also one of my “heroes” as a kid despite playing for a rival team and his card has fit well in to the artist styles who have gotten him so far.

This is what I'm here for...helping others enjoy the hobby that might otherwise miss out on some really nice cards with decent upside potential.

All cards have been tracked and were randomly assigned their numbers before Trout signs them so they will be returned the person who sent them in.

Yes, I've contacted the only 2 people whose cards haven't been received. Apologies for the lack of communication. I'm preparing ~250 cards to be signed so I have not been doing a great job with email.

I personally like seeing all opinions, however negative they may on the subject. I just find it funny when the olive branch is “not horrible” from someone who may feel the set is poor on the whole. I’d rather them just bash it with their own provided rationale than feigned praise followed by a trite version of their opinion.
