Bad news, and definitely a blow to Memphis’ bubble dreams, but gives him an opportunity to work on conditioning and improve strength going into next season. Also hopefully gives me an opportunity to pick some more stuff up on the low.

Same here. Basically he gets to chill a few weeks earlier than the rest of the squad because they weren't holding on to the 8th seed anyway.

Pretty much this, if we’re being realistic. Recovery time is generally short for meniscus repair (3-4 months), so depending on what happens with covid and the start of next season, I wouldn’t expect him to miss much, if any, game or development time.

yup, sucks to admit but thus far they've been outmatched in the bubble.

they're young and will grow and hopefully be back better next year.

All their guys are very young, they will definitely be better next year! And I'm also a Winslow fan so excited to see what they can do with him in the mix.

From what JJJ showed in the bubble I am more confident now in his ability than I was before (and I was confident to begin with). He doesn't even turn 21 for another 6 weeks or so! (I share a birthday with him)

Good point with his youth and newfound fanbase we might not see much/any of a dip in his prices, especially since he was underpriced up until very recently [if he isn't still]. If he does I'll be buying too.

Really feel for the guy. However...to get ourselves through it, just remember that Jaren likely tore his meniscus at 2:03 in the 3rd on Jaxson Hayes drive to the hoop. This means Jaren had Zion on skates for the entire 4th quarter WITH a TORN MENISCUS...

Prizm stayed up somewhat, but many other buying opportunities out there. I picked up a bunch of red and blue Phoenix serial numbered for peanuts. JJJ and Zion are EASY buys right now.
