Waiting for my 01/31/2020 bulk. I have left a yesterday and today and cannot even get a call back. Are they holding my cards captive for ransom?

1/14 bulk in QA1. You can’t leave messages. You have to keep calling. Hit #2 and #2 until they answer. Keep calling back

1/17 here, in QA2 since 7/29.

Today is Business Day 119 for my order, by my calculations (139 actual business days less federal holidays, minus 20 for PSA COVID shutdown).

I have not called. I don't see a point. It'll finish when it finishes. I didn't renew my membership when it expired in May and don't plan to ever submit directly to PSA again. 8 months is ridiculous.

3/17 200 card bulk popped today. Grader of Death is alive and well. Over 2000 cards subbed since November and I was 83% gem rate before today's 30% destruction. Something is definitely going on. Was 41-41 on 2019 Topps Chrome Update and went 6-13 today.

Wow! Grading is not their only bottle neck right now. If I send a bulk order in right now I wonder if I will see it a year from now...

I'm not doubting what PSA told you but the same bulk that I got tracking on today went QA2 on 7/31, popped and shipped today. I had 3 express in the past 2 weeks that went through those and shipped back within days although those are higher service levels.

Damn I went into QA2 on an Economy yesterday and was hoping for pop today, this thread is full of bad news.

Went to shipping today, but not before getting up-charged on 2 cards $75/$50 (Lebron rookies that graded better than I thought plus price escalation since submittal) and N6 min-size requirement on 2 others (86 fleer stickers, bummer).

Express and regular have been going fine for me. I have three bulk orders that have been on QA2 for four weeks! Also a bulk order going on 8 weeks to check in.

I've got an '18 US300 Soto gold that I believe has a strong chance to 10. How much will it cost to send in via express and will I get it back in about 3 weeks or less currently?

Is it? My sub I just got back was a 70% gem rate. An assortment of years and sports. Including 2012 Prizm basketball.
