I grabbed a ton of Mosaic Luka 2nd year when all of that retail was getting ripped. For dirt cheap. Even managed to scoop 6 Mosaic silvers.

Looking smart at this point. I just had a bunch of 2nd year Prizm and Optic from all the wax I ripped while this stuff was still "reasonably" priced.

lol I feel you, I didnt find a single pack/blaster of anything at retail. nada.

Ended up spending all my money on singles. The Luka second year stuff, especially the Mosaic, was so damn cheap too. I knew for a fact that people would eventually move to it, especially once some people got priced out of the rookies. It was literally only a matter of time. The only thing that was uncertain was how much this stuff would go up and how quickly, which we're starting to see play out now

Singles were the smart way to go. The funny thing is, his 2nd year base is outpacing most of the rookies not named Zion or Ja at this point.

I'm pretty sure I've seen a $500 BIN that was hit recently. If you check ebay right now the rookie previews are actually pretty scarce. I checked earlier and only saw one BIN at $699.

Not pumping—I think that a lot of Luka stuff is either already in or will be in PCs. The guy is amazing.

I was thinking of doing a quick flip after holding his cards for like 6 months. Over the past year, I've picked up close to 150 various rookies and right now absolutely none are for sale. lol

Not saying this will happen but just imagine how much Luka cards would be worth if they can beat the Clippers in the 1st round. Low risk major high return. Reason saying low risk because Luka is only 21 and will only get better. Not even his prime and putting up close to 30 points triple double as his average. This is unreal!

This is kid is so damn good. Highest on court IQ I've seen in a long time. Pulled all my Doncic auto listings and keeping them now. A couple weeks ago a member posted about buying a 3k box. I recommended purchasing 5-6 PSA 10 Optics instead as they were in the 450-600 range. Look at them this morning...everyone changed BINs to 1k LOL. Awesome and they won't soften during off-season (that's what she said).

This lot will be making a trip to my favorite grading company via Jewcer on Tuesday, waiting on a Chronicles Chrome to arrive on Monday based on tracking. The most I paid for any of these Luka was $150. Good time to have gotten in early. Have another 20 ungraded and already in possession of 20 or so various PSA 10’s. He is a hold...hold..hold for me To all the Doncician’s happy times are ahead for this 21 year old phenom!

Lot of people who are hitting those numbers probably are not part of Facebook groups. There are still some of us, myself included, that don’t have twitter or instagram.

Just grabbed the Optic Purple PSA 9 on eBay. Poor man’s blue. Will look nice with my other Optic PSA 9s (Choice, Premium, White Sparkle).

PSA 9’s have so much room to grow and more times than not you cannot tell the difference. Those will fly pass $1,000 in the future.
