Maybe? My order was in QA1 for a week, in QA2 since Friday. Some stating it's taking a month plus, others a few days. I would think anything over a couple weeks and I'm calling to see if there's a problem.

And the end was result was that complaining did help my grades! 3 for 4 on 2017 Optic Mahomes! ( 2 of the 10’s are Red/Yellows) and no upcharges!

So from my understanding, PSA is definitely getting harder. I’m not complaining or anything because I know I am very lucky to hit 82% gems. But this was my first time ever getting 3 PSA 8’s in one order. I also got a PSA 6. I definitely see the issues with the 8’s and 6. They all have noticeable surface flaws. Not sure how I missed those before I sent them in but...whatever. They grade 2019 Prizm basketball extremely tough. They grade the 2017 optic football red/yellow extremely tough. But once again, I hit 82% and most people have been hitting 40%-50%.
