I believe that there is a lot of ignorance for the artists who do not post in here or pump this project. Oldmanalan and Naturel are two of the nicest looking sets in this Project, but neither of them post in these forums. That shouldn't matter! Someone earlier today said Oldmanalan didn't have any autograph runs of over 40 for his first releases..that is because he isn't advertising on every possible social media outlet!

Are you sure it was the real Baller? He's on IG and comments go from "we're besties!" straight to "you mf*%*@#" in the same post.

Okay but this isn't Twitter with the verified thing. Mods would have to actively keep out impersonators.

I will only not repost to chastise because this is PPP (premature pump posting) TBP. You're still chasing earlies gosh darn it!!! I keeeeeeed.

Though, to be honest, my want list features cards similar to yours which are not getting close to $30 any time soon.

RRR

As an aside, I'm Sam, my birthday is in September and I hear I'm getting Salma this year. SSS. Life is good.

Remember when Sophia was here for a week or two? Two straight days of Salma gifs, and...poof. Maybe she still checks in on us.

I still put will not cancel in the body of my presales - not the title. You never know when a card or cards will increase in value, it has already happened. With these long lead times my guess is some buyers still remember the May Days and find some comfort in buying a card for $25 and knowing if its a $40 or $50 card by the time its ready to ship they don't need to worry about me cancelling on them.

Ted Williams may go to Taylor or Cartoon. Jeter is due this week, and that could go to Oldmanalan, Cartoon, Rochester, Shore, or Chang. Ermsy could be up with Mays, McGwire, or Rivera.
I'm looking forward to next week's cards as this most recent one was not my favorite week. We know Efdot Ichiro is coming. Mays hasn't shown up since 188. Oldmanalan Mays makes sense. Either way, a McGwire by JK5, Ermsy or Taylor could be delightful. Going to guess I'll bite the bullet on more than 3 cards this upcoming week.

She posted in here when her Koufax came out if I’m not mistaken

She may have, I try as hard as I can to keep up in here. I don't think that her Koufax got the love that it deserved. It wasn't talked about much, and is a great looking card. Sophia's style has grown on me since the start of the project. Her Clemente looks great, too. I didn't remember it much, but have been seeing pictures recently since they're being shipped. I'm excited to get that one.

Are you new to Blowout Forumt ? I see Aug 2020 under your username.

The artist don't owe anything to this forum. Not sure you logic on why they are ignorant for not posting here?

While Oldmanalan may have an interesting set of cards at the end, it wasn't at all the project from my understanding. "Each Artist will recreate all 20 cards." referring to the classic RC cards that are on the list. Recreate with images that are the wrong age of the player and in many cases have no resemblance to the card that is being recreated or reimagined. Grotesk recreated the entire set, but took pieces from the original. Vides changed little. Others like Ermsy and Fucci have an obvious pattern, but the card image is still in tact for the most part. I personally like how Taylor and Jamieson took their styles and merged them with the original.

Mister Cartoon has gone pretty far from the original cards as well.

Artist still has a narrow definition and Oldmanalan is not getting a gallery showing any time soon as far as I know.

Nice dad shoes tho...
