I opened three WM hangers tonight, and besides the terrible refractors i pulled, i got some nice 1985 topps of Robert, Trout, Lewis, and pulled a super nice Gavin Lux #'d/99!

I just picked up 2 jumbo boxes from BO for $744.54 shipped. Not exactly a steal but it todays card market not awful with Robert being so hot and a decent rookie class. And way better then driving for hours trying to find a target or Walmart with some retail in stock. Should be a fun rip in a few days when they arrive.

You probably know this, but that’s the image variation as well.

The image variations have parallels now?

But dude, it’s the image variation rookie auto Superfractor 1/1...it’s worth twice as much as the regular one!

As did 2019 Chrome. As did 2018 Chrome. As did 2017 Chrome. It isn’t new, just rare.

Have 5 more monsters, 4 blasters and 3 cello packs to still open, but so far:
LouBob 8: 1 pink, sepia,refractor, 4 Base 1 fflash
K. Lewis 6: 2 pink, 1 sepia, prism 2 base.
Y. Alvarez 5 Base
not including lux or aquino. This total from 9 monsters, 6 blaster, 12 cellos

Honestly, I'm not really a fan of the SP parallels. They aren't any more rare than the non SP parallel. Both oranges are /25, etc.

The only difference in the SP rarity is the base card. I wish they would just make the base card more rare and remove the SP parallels.

Agreed. It is better described as an "image variation" and the Base as SP. Everything else is just how we are tricked into improved perceived value with generally the same stuff. New colors got a little old... so now they just give us same player, different picture, and some colors.

I’m consistently getting 3-4 card pink refractor packs out of cellos...pack says 5 cards. Assuming other people are seeing this?

Cellos have been brutal for me all around, but blasters have made up for it where I’ve pulled both the Robert and Lux auto redemption.

Prices on eBay are only $30 for a blaster including shipping. That's only like $3.00 above MSRP..

The only time I found some is when they were restocking it at my local target. I grabbed all the cellos (I think) because I actually think its a better buy with the pinks and about 8 blasters. There were probably 40 total blasters.

Haven't found any since and really kicking myself that I didn't buy even more. (I did buy 5 Bowman Mega Boxes).

I thought about this after the fact, I really wasn't planning on hoarding/cleaning out the supply of it cause I am a collector/like to open products (I like the investment/speculation of players in it with the chance of big hits). I have chatted with other Charlotte folks on here before and seeing how people want to open it. Is it considered bad if I/someone were to buy it all out and then sell it at cost (or $1-2 more) to other collectors on here or locally?

I see a few people on marketplace locally that are asking $40 for blasters and $20 for cellos who don't even seem like they are in it for the hobby.

It's against forum rules to sell unopened wax on the forum, so you at least couldn't sell it to people on here.
