Not supposed to. Send an email to their staff account to confirm. I posted based on limited information that a few people reported getting 20% discounts on their 3-week guaranteed submissions. But that is what their blog says.

If you didn't get it, let them know.

I had 50 cards pending from a sub due in March. I sent three emails with no answer over two months so I reached out to their social media team They told me they’d look into it. I got an email my stuff was completed. Someone just went in and marked complete. I’m still missing my last 50 cards. I reached back out to the social team and they told me to go through email. Yeah well they don’t answer my emails. I’m out a few thousand in missing cards with no answers.

PSA: For those who run promotions, be careful when upgrading items to elite. I had two items with customized % off, but once I upgraded them they reverted to my base discount. I had to customize them a second time.

I've watched you handle "customized discounts" on many of your cards and I really don't know how you keep up. My port is nowhere near the size of yours but I just keep it standard across the board.

It is usually just the higher end items I customize. A little over 10% of the items I have for sale are customized, and I am catching up on the fly most of the time.

Any new card you price during a sale defaults to the original sale discount, right? Or are you saying you priced a card for like $110, triggering the Elite item scan. You then created a sale making a specific discount for that card (say 10% instead of 50%). Then when COMC rescanned the card and uploaded the new photos, it was now listed at 50% off?
Walk us through it. Reminds me of the test questions that the correct answer is "Insufficient to tell based on information given."

Good luck getting those cards back. Hopefully you have a list of what is missing. If not consider it a cost of doing business with COMC. It happened to me and others as well. We never got anything back.

Ha...here it is

I had a donovan mitchell autograph priced at $99.74, customized with no discount (0% off).

I upgraded the card to elite for $2 and repriced it to $149.74. My base discount of 25% off was applied to that item. That made the price $112.30. So the customization of 0% was lost when the card was upgraded to elite.

But you actively repriced it during a sale going on? That seems like what is supposed to happen.

Yes, but I thought the system would remember the card was set to 0% off.

Reverting to the base discount seems weird for a feature that people use to raise a cards price.

Next time I upgrade to elite I'll see if this is the case.

how has shipping been lately? i have around 100 cards i want to send to myself and i am debating on saving $24 to risk having my stuff delivered at the estimated date of Nov 30th with the hopes its quicker or spend the extra $24 for upgraded shipping with an estimated delivery date of Sept 12.

what service level is everyone using?

What if theyve loaded a bunch of cards I didnt send in?

Ive told them more than once that theyre not mine and nothing yet.

They are hideously behind, and God knows if someone else has gotten my stuff on their account. Really tough to trust this company now, basically impossible. My stuff doesn't get uploaded, just gets pushed back

They are now batting 100% on the 1-week Elite processing I've sent in over four batches. Basically, they have to or risk losing money from them but don't on the others since those aren't guaranteed.

So if you're sending higher end stuff, rest assured it'll be up for sale pretty quickly vs. the other ways to send in cards right now.

So I'm browsing and see a new update on the COMC blog updated yesterday....

We are currently working on the following due dates:

Economy Shipping: 07/20 – 08/24
Basic (retired): 05/15 – 6/01
Current Year 3 Week: 07/07 – 8/14
12 Week: 06/08 – 06/30

I have 2 batches originally due 5/6 under basic (retired) with roughly 800 cards that still haven't been processed. Are there others that have outstanding cards with earlier dates than mine?
