I've dealt with quick and long turnaround times with them but something feels off about this last order. Most of the group subs are being logged and graded quicker at a better rate. As with every sub, some players are blowing up while others have fizzled. It's also an opportunity to edit the sub. From that I've seen, I have a much better chance of getting my grades graded with a preferred group sub than I do by myself. I'd gladly pay $20 for "guaranteed" standard 20 day service. It also seems PSA would prefer most people to sub this way based on the numbers of emails i've received advertising 3rd party services.

This is the worst I have experienced from PSA as they have not even logged my 2 orders. I called on Monday and they told me its 3-10 Weeks to log orders. I'm considering just having them return my cards and grade with one of the group subbers.

This makes reverse sense. o_O

It's definitely not linear, mine went in like 5 days after yours and hit assembly like a week earlier.

I wonder if the type of cards have to do with it?

Mine are all basketball, nothing out of the ordinary other than I'm likely getting upcharged on a bunch of them. 2013 Giannis Hoops rookies being the oldest, then 2017+ Prizm/Select rookie stuff of Tatum, Luka, etc.

Anyone else notice the new submission forms at PSA. They completely changed the layout of the printed papers you send in with your order. Looks like they're finally changing some internal procedures and mechanics. There's new ID Barcodes for PSA to scan when they receive your order.

Nice to see progress being made in a storm of trouble.

On mobile it will be under the account section. You won’t see anything until the package gets logged though.
