Wow, Jewcer group Bulk submission is amazing TAT. July Submission already done grading and in Assembly.

Group Subs (Special Accounts, seem so much faster, even with the submitted and receive times having the 4 week gap.

Nice to see progress being made in a storm of trouble.
I noticed the whole website has been updated.

My modern bulk order that went into research on 3/8 is now in assembly, oddly my 7/14 6 card economy order is still in research.

My Bulk popped way quicker than I expected. Wish I wouldn't have sent the other 2 cards economy though. They were in the same box and are still stuck in grading. So essentially I paid extra to have a longer wait time...

All cards were either 2017-18 Basketball, 2019-20 Basketball, or 2020 Bowman.
Gem Rate of 82.5% (52/63)
Also had 9 Mint 9s. 1 NM 8 and somehow 1 EX 5... Not sure what I missed on that one whoops...

This goes against EVERYTHING I have been reading. How in the world did this order move so quickly?

It is economy not bulk, but still seems to have gone through about 30 days quicker than average.

It is kind of interesting that the last 3 orders were all shipped in the same box and I wrote QGS on the outside of the box. So the box got opened and then the economy order got logged but not the QGS order. Or maybe it gets opened earlier and sorted and logged later?

That’s pretty fast on the regular. I have a couple cards I was debating express/regular on, really for the turnaround time as they’re in the 1k neighborhood gem. Just two cards, based on that I may go regular and save $50!

I have absolutely no idea. Like I said, I had an economy order in the same box and it's still stuck in grading. Makes absolutely no sense but I'm not complaining lol

Nope, the bulk is the one that finished fairly fast. The economy is still dragging. I have no idea how that happened but it did.

Ahh, yeah that’s an oddball then. 1 out of thousands we’re collectively tracking here.

I feel like my bulk submission from January is getting #@#@#@#@ on by PSA’s staff. Sent in first week of Jan, Logged in 2/13/20, and it’s still in freaking grading and I’m seeing bulk submissions from May from others already in hand. I’ve contacted PSA twice and they just say bulk submissions are taking between 120-130 business days now, I’m calling bs on that, when I sent my order in the lead time was 100-110 business days. It just seems I’m getting the runaround, the last rep said the order is in queue and nothing for me to do. I’ve been patient but this is getting ridiculous. Even if my order moves from grading (where it’s been for 3+ weeks) to QC1 check and moves perfectly through the system, it’ll be 2+ weeks before I get my cards in hand, but let’s be honest it’ll be 3-4 weeks.

I’m just getting frustrated that others are given preferential treatment while my first PSA order in over a year is ignored. When it’s all said and done It’ll be 9+ months from dropping off the bulk order at the post office and sent back to me.

If anyone knows anyone that can help move my order along I’d be thankful.

I don’t have any suggestions, but i can sympathize. orders that got caught up in covid seem like they got screwed.

No idea why orders that were submitted in may/june are already coming back while these sit. You’d think they could find a way to prioritize orders that have been sitting there 6-7 months over orders recently submitted. I think it’s a peek behind the curtain into just how disorganized they are operationally. Their volume like 10x’d overnight and they were overwhelmed.
