Here is my complete trade block breakdown of my majors and minors team for the offseason. I am generally pretty comfortable with where I'm at but there's still a few moves I would make. I'm in win-now mode so looking for guys that put my team over the top, but at the same time I think I'm set up well to be near the top for the foreseeable future, so not looking to sacrifice too much of that.

Bats looking for- Top long term C, 1B, or 2B, maybe an OF. Looking for at least 1 BIG bat
Arms looking for- 1 top 30 SP, 1-2 solid RPs

I'm being pretty liberal with my on the block guys, but there's a fairly wide range of how important people are to me. I.e. someone like JD Davis or Rich Hill I wouldn't need much at all for, whereas someone like Vlad Jr or Stanton I'd be much more particular about

I am hoping to make some substantial changes to league owners this offseason to spark renewed interest. I don't think we'll ever get back to the chatter levels of year 1 just based on where we're all at in our lives now, but at the same time we have a lot of owners now that don't seem to ever check in and aren't active in the league itself either

I think Fire and Highroller have to be replaced. Neither have been as active as we need over the last 2 years. I think it's time to discuss replacing SAF again too, I don't necessarily want to, as he's still one of the more active guys in the league, it's just really difficult having someone who isn't on BO anymore, particularly when we're trying to renew interest. Bam has also said he's willing to be replaced due to less interest

So that's 2 teams for sure to replace and perhaps another 2 more. If we can get some new blood in for 4 teams in the league, that should refresh things nicely and hopefully lead to a lot more action again

I probably won't start this process until at least January, though probably no reason to wait that long if people know of BO members that will be active, but for now just putting it on the radar

I think SAF and Bam are fine (as long as they want to stay). But I do agree on Firerunner and Highroller. Fire's team especially is terrible and he has made no attempt to sort that out, and while I understand he may be busy, inactive teams have definitely made myself less interested in this league when compared to the other leagues I am in.
