yup.

i mean, inflation for one. and as busy/backlogged as they are and hiring more people, its not surprising. the crappy part of it is that it came with no warning, but they prob didnt want a big last min push under old prices either.

It's still a load of crap being 9-10 WEEKS to log and then barely 10% hitting their estimated dates or earlier. Whatever, pay more if I want them back faster I guess.

Can anyone recall how soon you received your cards after making payment?

Not complaining or anything like that...just trying to estimate when they will be here since I have to go out of town soon. Really don’t want my cards sitting in my mailbox for a few days.

I paid for 2020.47 on Sep 29, right after it was announced that the grades were updated on the website, and tracking is showing that my cards should be delivered today! Excited to get this one back.

Gotcha. I made payment on October 1st but I don’t have a tracking number yet.

If I don’t have one by the end of the day, I wonder if they would be willing to wait a couple days before sending it so I would be here to receive it.

i paid for mine last week and mine should be dlvd today as well. my guess is the shipments are off the submissions as Bigj and i were in the same one.

Did you put your BO username and submission # in the notes with your payment? That is usually the main reason for any shipping delays.

I did everything exclusively through the website so I’m not sure if my BO name would be needed.

I may go ahead and follow up with them today to see if they have connected my payment with my name though.

did you pay via paypal through the site? if so, check your order and if they shipped it, the tracking# should be on the order by default.

I emailed them and they said they should be sorting tonight and shipping tmrw which is why I didn’t have a number included with my order.

Timing on all orders is different. Some we get up the day they pop so it will take a few days to get it back then sort then ship.

Some we post a day or two after they pop and they are closer to us or moved through ups/fedex faster. Generally give it a week because of timing of shipping to us, us getting it and then processing. That may be longer soon as we are having a lot of orders move. Last count 8 orders in transit back to us and 21 in QA check 2.

PS - This is why psa would rather have submissions go through someone like me rather than them having to deal with all the small orders.

PSA is soooooo slooooooow right now. The four oldest Bulk subs (2020.72, 2020.73, 2020.74, and 2020.79) have all been in "Grading" for almost two weeks.

We had about 15 subs pop this past week and about 20 are in Qa 2. Bulk are slowly starting to move. Standard are really chugging along.

On a side note the sheer quantity of cards that are being graded this year as opposed to last year by you is crazy.

Got another question for those who use these subs....

Received a PSA sub back today and noticed that the top slab was scratched across the front. Not blaming Jewcer or anything at all on this.

What would I need to do to get it reslabbed since it was through a sub? Or is it possible to use car wax or something to get rid of the scratch? Or am i just stuck with it as is? It's on a Kopech auto /10 and the highest graded one so I hate that the case is damaged.

Just trying to figure out what my best option was...thanks!
