Our second biggest market team FINALLY wins a ring, and their ace pitcher breaks his "curse" along the way to help make it happen. His cards will jump. Seager, Betts, & Belli are going to skyrocket though.

He left as the winning pitcher of record. There's nothing negative to say. He gave them what they needed. And probably could've kept going.

No they won't. All 3 of those guys will be considerably cheaper two weeks from now than they are tonight. Their cards may go up a bit for a day or two after a WS win but then they will drop. It will help set a higher floor for their cards next year but Seager will be on thin ice for how fast his cards rose and Bellinger as well after a disppointing season. It helps Betts' cards the most long term

So they're just going to all of a sudden show up and stay buying for the next month at elevated prices even though the market will be oversupplied with Dodger cards? Seager was cheap as hell before August. Cody prices dropped off the table this year. I've been picking up Will Smith BC Autos for a pittance since August. The size of the Dodgers baseball market in real life is far bigger than the Dodger affect in the card market.

I know the Dodgers haven't won a series in 40 years. Maybe that picks up some extra interest. Whoever was around for the Cubs or Red Sox wins can shed some light on if that interest will be lasting.

If Soto prices didn't rise at all and then dropped immediately after he won a WS MVP, I don't believe any Dodger will be more expensive on November 15th than today.

Have you seen Seager's numbers? He has an ops of like 1.500. maybe if he pitched in game 7 in relief, but i doubt it.
