Default Your best “how’d I miss that?!” moment?

I ran in my local WalMart a few days ago and all they had were two 2020 Gallery blaster boxes. I wasn’t super excited, but I bought one anyway just to scratch the itch. I quickly opened them in the car with my daughter in the back seat, so I didn’t inspect them too closely.

Fast forward to last night and I rifled through the cards again to see that I had pulled a Christian Yelich 1/1 red parallel!

Anyway, what’s the best card you ever pulled “upon further review”? I’d say this one takes the cake for me.

This is a basketball one, but I bought a case of 2013 Fleer Retro when they were on discount a few years back. One of the cards I got was this one

When I got done with the case, I was shorted one autograph. I went back through the base cards, no luck.

Over a week later, I was scanning some stuff to list, and when I got to the Lebron Team Leaders, I realized it was actually the missing auto, numbered to 25.

In my defense, it's tough to see even when you are looking for it!

Not huge, but I pulled a 2020 Allen & Ginter Mini Bo Bichette RC. I immediately put it in my PC pile and moved one. Typically, after I open all packs and sort, I flip the cards over and scan through the backs, but must not have done that with my PC pile. A few weeks later I was scanning some cards and flipped this card over and noticed something looked different. I looked closer and it was the Brooklyn Back /25.
