It's the number of items over 75 cents in simple mode or $2.50 in advanced mode.

Then there is the "enhanced security fee", which is only items over $50. The way they calculate it is a bit more complex, but it isn't too much usually.

I churn through stuff pretty good - maybe only a couple bucks in fees each month. Maybe I'll leave a couple bucks in there...maybe not.
