NOTHING IS FOR SALE/TRADE

Busted a box of 1999-00 Hoops (hobby) today. Was aiming for some Autographics (decent odds at 1 per 68 packs) but ended up hitting none.

See below for what are pulled.

7 "Name Plates" (1 per 4 packs; 2 short of the stated odds):
Anfernee Hardaway, Hakeem Olajuwon x2, Shaquille O'Neal, David Robinson, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Glenn Robinson

2 "Calling Card" (1 per 8 packs; 2 short of the stated odds):
Stephon Marbury, Hakeem Olajuwon

3 "Y2K Corps" (1 per 16 packs; beat the stated odds with 1 extra):
Michael Olowokandi, Vince Carter, Matt Harpring

1 "Pure Players" (numbered to 500 sets):
Grant Hill (serial number not shown intentionally)

As you can see, I fell short at almost every lower-end insert set. lol
But with the numbered insert hit, I am happy.

Call me paranoid or whatever you want, but yes, hiding the serial number is something that I have just started recently, especially when it's at the front, to prevent anyone from doing anything fishy with it.

And yes, I keep the base cards as well.

Had many Boxes of those and had some Autogrpahics, but never had a pure players. Way better than the most autographics

Awesome Hill

I worked at a card shop when I was a teenager. One day I was leaving and then decided to get a pack (think it was Hoops) from our 50 cent pack bin. Opened it when I got home and hit a Grant Hill Autographics. Good times!
