I usaully gem 70-85% on all my orders and have great success but today I was floored to say the least 41% gem rate. All 2018 /2019 chrome that I have always hit 90% gem rates on, I tried to call on hold this up and sent email. I dont know what to say really, but this is wrong, Im just being 100% honest
I got my cards back, one graded 8 and I still can't see what is wrong with it tbh

Value order arrived August 6th. Now over 4 months later, still in Research/ID. Was hoping to get back by NBA season opener ... well, now maybe in time for NBA Playoffs 2021 ?

Submissions INCREASED after their last price hike, nothing is slowing down the influx of cards.
A 20 card minimum was always far too low for "bulk." People using economy because they didn't have 100 cards probably just switched to bulk, with a lower threshold for value since bulk is 15 and economy was 20.

If the minimum size was at least 250, that would probably make things more efficient. Less orders and more people using group subs.

No min grades ever! Always try to be picky with what I send, but getting more lenient with sending items that will 9 given premiums. But I've had my fair share of 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 grades.

Ah ok! I was debating if I should do minimums but I decided against it. Although I haven’t submitted any ultra modern so
it will be tough for me to gem.
