I think the quote about 61 cards was somebody else's total. I guess my point is that is like 3k in Durant RC. It wasn't like they loaded Acie Law RC cards into the wrong account. The scale of it and magnitude is concerning.

Somewhere in all of these posts, is a question asking what steps a seller needs to take if a seller has a card that they mispriced & that immediately sells.
A Cliff Notes version with the steps needed to correct this would be highly appreciated. I incorrectly priced one card late last night. Of course the card sells immediately when I check in the morning. I sent an email to COMC asking for a correction. In summary, is there anything else I can do to fix this? I am also somewhat surprised that a 3 week submission that is due on 02/05, is already having cards uploaded. I was not expecting this. Thanks again. ** Looking at Post # 14524, Pricing Error Protection Policy. I contacted COMC. The card sold within minutes of listing & I have never used this exemption before. I think I'm out of luck, but I bought a Rodgers RC off COMC a month+ ago, and got it in my shipment today. The top of the card has dimples almost like it was a mis-cut, and it didn't show in the pictures. Do I just need to eat it and accept that it won't be worth grading or reselling?

I guess I shouldn't have been so excited. Cards were received way early but one higher value card was missing from the package. I've now sent them three emails spread over the past seven days with no response.

Still haven't received the check. I think it's stolen.
COMC wrote me back saying they would write another check and send it to me. But I've asked for days now if they have sent it and guess what, no response. How you cannot talk to anybody is beyond me. I would like to talk to the account receivable department for a few minutes, but no, e-mails only. I was a huge fan of this site for years, but I am losing faith fast. |

I remember meeting many of the team members at Nationals in Chicago. What they wanted to talk about, being the Industry Leader. This year the got it, but they were never ready. Like the dog that chases cars, get one, then realizes that chasing squirrels is much safer. I was one that blamed Covid for many of the problems that they had endured, but that's not the problem. They just were never ready for the growth that they themselves wanted.

Has anyone had any luck with COMC responding to their customer service emails? I've sent them 3 emails and haven't gotten a reply yet.
Last week I noticed a debit of $146.50 from my account on 1/20/21 for a batch dated 9/11/13. This is almost 7 years old. It's obviously a mistake. |

They would "freeze" a portion of your store credit, based on your estimation of cards submitted. Then when they published your submission, they would deduct more or refund store credit, based on the difference between your estimation and the final count of cards that were scanned and posted.

Day ain't over yet.
I usually see stuff hit my account in the earlier evening and then around 11:00 at night. That must be when they push whatever magic button they need to.
