Ebay used to email me a reminder/link for the freebie once/quarter but hasn't in a while. Do you know how to go about getting these for free without the email from ebay? I just went to the ebay shipping store and it wants to charge me.

You have to go under the 'Subscriber Discounts' section and it should be near the top. https://www.sd.ebay.com/subscriberdiscounts

I've spent my whole afternoon trying to print these on regular #10 envelopes. I'm convinced it can't be done, guess I will not be shipping this way

I spoke with eBay about this tonight. I was told that they "Probably" be adding new size templates for shipping soon. I would suggest people call them and ask them to include several different size envelopes to the template list....."The squeaky wheel gets the grease"

Good deal, I did a cost analysis and slightly cheaper if I do labels- just takes FOREVER, my old way was great and may revert. I'll message an agent tomorrow

On a side note, anyone else notice this is a "bill you later" situation like FedEX. Fingers crossed the POs got the price memos....

Did you drop it off at the PO where everyone drops larger packages to be scanned(bubble mailers, boxes)?

The biggest hope I have is this becomes accepted and shows buyers that shipping cards in an envelope is perfectly fine. Using a bubble mailer and sandwiching the toploader in between cardboard is overkill.

4x6labels are to big and huge hassle to cut my labels. I’m gonna buy this label. Should be the right size for a pwe. I tried with a thank you card from dollar tree it might be to much. I will report how this label works with a pwe.

Just checked the eBay link tracking on the one I sent out yesterday.....it has updated and shows "In Transit". So, while the clerk was not able to scan in the tracking code, it appears that the code is read as it goes thru the sorting machine, so it is being tracked.....all is good and it appears the system works.

If the aspect ratio needs to be 1.3-2.5, then the dvd mailer someone posted earlier that's 6x6 3/8 would not be eligible, right?

The phrasing was 'should be' not 'must be'. And they used 'must be' for some if the rules.

Plus, the mailers they recommend do not fall in that range of aspect ratios.

This is not realistic, for every mail piece to have this shape, and in recommending a mailer with a shape that is outside that says they know it -- it's not truly a requirement.

I sent a message to a friend who is a postmaster at one of the local PO's. I will post the reply I get.

I guess I don't understand what your picture is of. Just use a standard #10 envelope that is 9.5x4". That is essentially what this service is wanting you to use.
