Goldin has alot rich clients who love PSA 10 and would rather pay the extra $$$ because they don’t want to deal with Ebay sellers. Thats what I got from Ken Goldin’s IG video last night.

This! A lot of guys buying on Goldin don't have time nor do they want to go around eBay looking for cards or deals. It very well could have been a guy that bought a $20k-$30k card and was like "Yeh lets throw this Shaq in there too".

...but of note for me: I bought the Members Only PSA 10 for a little under the price as this base, just a few nights ago.
