Needchapmans properly sued and called out Topps for several grand in replacement redemptions. Why would you address that as needing more attention?

You just stated you were screwed over on redemptions, yet mock one of the few people that beat Topps.

Lots of comments in this post aged like milk. I love everyone bashing the BBB but I had success with them recently too. Some companies do care about their ratings and so forth there I guess. Maybe they just want to complain when something doesn’t go their way instead of trying to get a resolution though.

If you have any luck, I've got a Koufax/Aaron dual auto redemption out of 17 Tribute that I wouldn't mind getting.

The BBB is nothing more than a glorified marketing scam. Businesses pay them for good ratings. Maybe do some research next time.

Topps does not "fudge" on its redemptions all the time. I've redeemed over 200 redemptions over the past 10 years, and have yet to be shorted except for 2 replacements, neither of significance. Just pointing out that this is the exception, not the rule. As far as lawsuits go, save your legal expenses & buy some other Acuna's.

Maybe if we all didn't roll over for topps, they might provide better customer service.

First time I had to file a Fed Ex claim they denied me and denied my appeal. I went to BBB and had a refund shortly after that. Say what you want about it but it got me reimbursed for a damaged package.

Going to the BBB is secretly the best, highest percentage play when you’re in a situation where there’s a business that won’t address your concerns. When you file a complaint I believe the BBB has one of their reps literally call the head of customer service or someone in a similar role at the company in question and advocate for you based on your complaint. I had to get the BBBs help last week with cash app because they’ve used the pandemic as their excuse to completely sever phone customer service and are now email only, they didn’t reply to like 5 emails in 2 weeks but I filed that complaint and had a supervisor from cash app on the phone with me apologizing less than 24 hours later.

The trading card boom is drawing so many eyeballs to the hobby that I’m increasingly convinced it’s only a matter of time until some form of regulation gets pushed. Not saying it’ll happen but the first time some senator’s kid enters a Left side Serial # Flawless Basketball Break For $600 with dad’s credit card and has to explain how he got skunked and that $600 bought nothing but 15 mins of watching a YouTube stream....that’s when the drumbeat will start. Hundreds of millions of dollars flying around, no market this hot escapes regulatory scrutiny for very long
