It looked like they were going to try and get Zion the ball but not a great pick and roll and ball got stuck with Ingram. Portland played it well on defense have to give them a little credit there on what looked like forcing Ingram to keep it

Ingram has shown before that he can create in the clutch. I get trying to get it to Zion, but I am just happy that we were in that position against a quality team like the Trail Blazers

After watching another Pels game I am even more of a Zion truther... I just can't wait to see Lewis start and Lonzo gone... Ingram is great, but he needs to realize this needs to be Zion's team. Zion should be shooting 20-25 shots a game and not watching 3 bombs hit the rim one after another... I will say that Zion needs to pick up his rebound intensity as many times he seems to just be watching the play...

Yeah I’m with you on the rebounding. As amazing as Zion already is at only 20 years old, one thing he will absolutely need to work on this offseason will be his rebounding, or lack thereof. On defense it looks like he doesn’t even try to crash the boards after an opposing team shoots. With the pace of play right now and all the shots teams are putting up, he should be averaging 7-8 rebounds per game just by accident. I’d like to see him be a solid 25 and 10 guy.

Definitely an easy sell. All indications point to him getting worse instead of better.

I mean the guy can’t even create his own shot. Clearly the defenses have already figured him out how to stop him. His 25 PPG and 61.8 percent clip from the field are lackluster at best.

With numbers like this at his age, it’s getting really difficult to justify these prices...

It's crazy to think what gaudy numbers he'd be putting up if he had the usage of the guys in the top 10.

He may be the most team friendly star in the entire league. Never complains and still gets numbers despite not being the constant featured centerpiece of the offense. You could place him on virtually any team and he'll just 'work out.'

I think that window of friendly, complacent Zion will soon be closing though. The AD trajectory may be next for him. Only so long you can go being held back by franchise decisions before you start weighing your options. Unless your last name just so happens to be Lillard.

I’m saving up to buy a nice Zion auto for my collection. Preferably going to try and grab one in person at the National. I’m leaning towards Spectra RPA but not crazy about the photo on it. Prefer an on card auto and definitely can’t afford the high end stuff. Any good recommendations?

what's your price range? Spectra RPA are like ~$1.5k-2k range, so if you don't want one of those I'd say:

• Court Kings is probably the only other decent on-card auto sub $2k
• Optic RR Auto is nice, the purple is pretty damn close to jersey match and should be able to find around $2k
• Contenders Optic are cool, last couple went in the $2500 range (I specifically like the variation pic way better)
• Noir Spotlight is nice, but some people don't like it because it's Horizontal, I think those can be had for under $3k

I’m on board!!! Also I think David Griffin is smart enough to know what he has to do to make the Pelicans a contender. They have a core of players for the future in Zion Ingram NAW Kira I like Adams and Hart for the long haul 2

So Luka vs Zion value question. Do we think Zion reaches bubble Luka prices this year? I can see them being neck and neck for the next 10 years but for now, Zion is pacing behind by a good amount. Imo, it’s not a matter of if but when.

I think his prices will continue to rise in the second half of the season if he makes the all-star team (which I think he should) and maybe enters the dunk contest and does something crazy. However his prices will not be hitting Luka bubble prices because the Pelicans aren’t going to make the playoffs.
