I made my decision based on damage control and now being called out for what i said before. Like fish said it will probably do more bad than good but hes willing to re-random. It was done unintentional but rules are my word regardless of the innocence of the mistake.
I will call for a re-random with live recording. If you want out of the break i will refund your money and we will backfill the spots. If we cant we will squash the break

Lets hope it never ever happens again and i can move past this. My track record of breaks has always been good so those unhappy with the result, i hope you understand how i made this decision despite wavering a few times with people in my ear.

A breaker sanctioned by Blowout Cards is saying a Blowout employee can't be trusted? If that's the case why should anyone be comfortable doing business with Blowout Cards? We have been told ad nauseum that case prices have gone up and we have been extorted out of additional money to pay for the price increase. It's happening right now in UEFA Sapphire. Bait and Switch. How do we know the case wasn't previously purchased? None of it is on video......

I don't want a refund. I want to be compensated for the money I am going to lose not being able to flip these cards on Ebay. I was shut out of the Panini sale this morning after 10 minutes. This is my one opportunity to turn a profit. I was the last one in the fill the break. I took the last three spots. Everyone else had the ability to choose their own.

If the letter of the rules is dictating next steps, instead of the spirit of the rules, where does it state that the remedy of a random not being recorded is another random?

Rule 7. "I have the right to decide who can participate in the break ". Only one owner is contesting the order. Only one owner is intimating that the Blowout Card employee can't be trusted. And by extension this person openly stated on the board that I CANT BE TRUSTED. Why is this person being allowed to libel a Blowout Card employee and me and remain in the break????

How do we know that wilsonsingles and doobypenquin are not one and the same? Is that the reason he is the only one complaining but he is being appeased.? How does anyone know?

What happened between wilson and doobie in the private conversation? Where is the transparency? Was the conversation recorded? Because if it wasn't it can't be trusted.....

The only people who can vouch that they are not the same person are Blowout Card employees...but this situation makes it clear that Blowout Card employees can not be trusted.....

Let me consult with blowout and houdini and see the best way to handle this. I tried pinging houdini but hes really hard to get a old of. I based the last decision based on the rules i had PROMISED and i felt like if it wasnt followed to the T then why should i bend them? It has nothing to do with credibility of a blowout employee but the proper processes that i promised. Im not compensating anyone for anything because i really owe you nothing. We will make a decision and if you want me to refund you ill just give you a refund as this break is as good as shot already.

I was trying to to appease everyone as thats just my nature but its clearly not possible. I was going to do something nice bc i felt bad bc i was sticking to procedure i felt was right but that the two of you may noy benefit from the decision. You can stay here and troll if you want. Thanks. It doesnt make me feel good knowing ive upset people. This definitely a first for me but i remember controversies several years ago before breakers here were allowed to do their own live randoms and it reminded me of the drama then. Hope we can move forward.

It is entirely up to you but im fine with you staying. In the end we established a precedent that rules should be followed. If i have random 5x and someone randomkzes 3x. Im re randoming. No live random? Re-random. This is how we progress and establish working rules/laws.
