For now, they are boring.

For the parallels...player commentary, short interview, #1 serial has the one-time ability to get the game-worn jersey...sky's the limit.

I can confirm. It is very difficult to move anything over $1500 unless you severely undercut.

Got screwed by not being able to delist a few moments, but nothing too bad. I don't have the success stories some of you have but I have been able to turn $21 in to about $1,600 in Dapper balance and moments. Pretty insane but again, it's Monopoly money to me right now.

Put about $100 in a few weeks back. Grabbed a bunch of clips under $20.

Got the free Donovan Mitchell "Gift" last week and sold it for $285.

Playing with house money right now, but there aren't any fun/cheap clips anymore of good players; or players that I like

Was able snag "common" clips of Kahwi, Giannis, Carmelo and Chris Paul for next to nothing.

On the sidelines now just waiting.

Guy, can we just stop with the dumb fights? 90% of the people that are on Top Shot are not collecting, they are just flipping. People who are not in TS know this; people who are in it do too!

We are all in agreement there. Whether you are someone who doesn't want anything to do with it or you are trying to make money out of it, you are mostly in agreement. You just chose different paths. Just move on and have actual discussions as this can benefit the hobby short and long term.

I just dont get the persistent negativity. If anyone has put thousands of dollars into this, that's their risk but I'm sure they are good now...if they decide to sell. But most people are holding. There is nobody in this thread that's telling people to put a second mortgage on the their home or life savings into it.

When people of all walks of life believe in the product and service....what "endgame" could their possibly be? it's an innovative collectible that has impacted the market. The GameStop stock comparison just doesnt make sense. I can say the same thing about cardboard....$1200 for a Donruss or Prizm box.....it wont end well...but guess what, there is a market for it and people are buying at those prices....there comes a time where you have to just shrug your shoulders and move on.

I think the risk here is that some people are gonna see the profits and are gonna max their credit cards. Almost no one is holding, there's nothing wrong with that. I think some of the people being harsh on this are doing it to avoid another GME where tons of people are left holding the bag losing tens of thousands of dollars.

His stuff fluctuates. He’s also the top buyer of the past 3 days. He’s just killing it with sales.

I’ve made my thoughts known on TS and was wrong. I want it to succeed more than anything and disrupt the hobby.

We get nothing innovative from the card cartel because of the exclusive licensing and no competition. Well Panini now you better innovate in the physical space because you’re getting SMOKED right now s. If the competition comes from the digital marketplace that’s only a good thing for physical card guys like myself.

Good point, probably speaking for myself. There are some Moments that I'm just not interested in selling at all(Series 1) and what I have posted is gone.


I haven't seen one person state that they've put in tens of thousands of dollars here. Most that are sharing have stated they've put in $10-$100. A few like myself put in $2k. However, all of them are in the black now. So there is nothing to lose but Monopoly money.

As for members that are getting in now.... just like cardboard, buy the Moments you want to collect (player,team,etc) and that are reasonably priced...also wait for pack drops.
