Default So if there is a “bubble” and it bursts...

What’s to stop mass people from just getting refunds through eBay and PayPal for a card that is now worth way less since a buyer can pretty much do whatever they want there and get away with it. Good luck everyone lol.

Well if Tapatalk (which is a crap app by the way) was working, you were going to get a pic of my "Cesspool" GI Joe card as my post.

Because most people have integrity and are not scumbags. I have sold many cards that plummeted and never got asked for a refund after the fact. Plus eBay/PayPal don't offer refunds for any reason, especially months after the purchase. You can always go the route of credit card reimbursement and risk credit card fraud as well. Should I buy one of your cards and try a refund if it goes down? No risk for me and you have to refund me.

Why I engaged is beyond me. Should have answered in one word...

It’s already bursting. Haven’t you seen the 10 other threads about it?

Talking specifically about buyers requesting refunds due to a card value dropping? No I have not.

What happens if the peak bubble prices for most cards weren't paid for in the first place?

This action would no doubt fly under the radar occasionally, but on a mass scale? Not a chance it happens without policy change.

Harden Chrome only sold for $32,000 the other night

Absolutely ridiculous

That’s $35,000 all day

Bubble is definitely bursting

Base, common stuff is prone to the swings. Luka base Prizm PSA 10s reached $2K. Maybe they go down to $1K. They ain't going back to $80 again though (and it wasn't like we were in a depressed card market when they were $80--18 months ago).

The rare stuff won't come down as long as sports are still being played. MJ/Bron/Kobe rare RCs and Exquisite autos won't go up forever (nothing does) but they won't go back to their 2015 prices.

If they do, I'm buying as long as I still have money.
