Default Michael Jordan dual patch auto 1/1 questions

2007-08 Fleer Hot Prospects Stat Tracker Jersey Autographs Blue #ST26 Michael Jordan 1/1

My friend pulled this from our LCS a little over 10 years ago. He is considering getting it graded to potentially sell. Does anyone have an estimated ballpark of what this could be worth? I know it will be tough to price being a 1/1. We are just curious what everyone's opinion was on the value if it was graded say a BGS 8.5.

Any questions please ask.

Hmm, signature looks weird to me and I’ve never seen a hand numbered version. If real then it’s a 5 figure card

The back text mentions the auto so it seems to be a real auto.

And it’s on a sticker. It’s definitely a real auto.

I guarantee the Jordan autograph is real. I would rather buy this autograph because most fakes don't look like that. Jordan never goes off sticker unlike Kobes where you may see off-sticker, or signs on the left side of the card. As someone who has owned Fleer Masterpiece cards, the blue outlines are 1/1. The numbering, not sure, but most definitely Jordan auto.

Not sure about the price, but I would pay more than his non-Bulls Exquisite autographs.

The auto does look sloppy but it looks good. The “blue” parallels were /5 or less. Everyone I’ve seen has multicolored patches she are hand numbered. The /50 and /25 parallels had foil stamping for the serial numbers. Inconsistencies like that cause a lot of confusion.

Grade it, and send it to a consignment company to have it sold at auction if you want to move it.

It’s a real card. There’s actually another mj 1/1 from the same set.

I always felt like these kinds of cards don’t even need grading to boost their value but then again all the buyers now are r-worded. I guess for authentication purposes going by the responses here.

Added a better photo of the area where it's textured for the numbering. 100% legit

Higher numbered versions use stamped serials but I’m almost positive all the 1/1 blues were inked.

Edit- nevermind, Showley beat me to it

Lol so they missed the textured area. Interesting card. I’ve owned dozens of early UD autos with hand numbering but was always on the front. Congrats!

It is actually right on the textured area, it's just hard to see in the pic. Pictures don't do it any justice the card is insane in person.

I'll take a stab at the value question & say $40,000 - $75,000 ... Could be WAY off though.

Edit: I did see a Jordan Auto from the same exact set ... With a Lebron Auto /23 BGS 9 sell for $21,000 on Ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/2007-08-Fle...gAAOSwFKVgFE-U

Personally, I think most people would take the Lebron/Jordan dual Auto over this 1/1 to have ... BUT, that doesn't help answer the question what the 2 highest bidders would pay for each card. They're different things. So I do think the Jordan Patch 1/1 would outsell the Lebron/Jordan dual still. $40,000 is my guess.

Maybe if it was on-card auto, or there is a Beverly Hills outside California.

UD wording is odd when it comes to patch cards. Some say certified to be used in an NBA game. Others say there certified to have been used by said player. Not sure if there's a difference but I like the ones that are said to be used by the player.

I always thought those Hot Prospects cards had a bit of an ACEO feel when I used to see them on Ebay back in the day.

That's a monster though.

Enjoy your jersey #'d Lebron Assist Holo Icon, opie.
