Default How do you sleeve your cards? Penny sleeves seem to rough up corner.

I penny sleeve then top load my cards. Seems like on my older ones that first corner that goes sometimes gets a little ding. Am i doing it wrong ?

I cut the corner of the penny sleeve with scissors then insert the card.

Just break one corner of the penny sleeve. You don't need to have scissors/razor blade/exacto to serve the same purpose.

Skip the penny if using a card saver. No point to it.

If using a card saver I'd recommend thick penny sleeves. If top loading then yeah cut the corner but it's a thing you just have to be patient with

Simply split one of the sides on the penny sleeves and you will never have any problem putting a card into the sleeve.

Grab each side of the sleeve with one finger and slide the one finger away from the other horizontally so you create an open pocket at the top of the sleeve. That way you can pop the first corner in, no problem. Sometimes getting the other side in needs a bit of patience, but I've never really had any issues going that route.
