Default Panini Contact?

Has anyone ever reached the 800 number for customer service? I have tried 7 or 8 times at a variety of different times throughout the day from early in the morning to almost closing time. I get the same recording after sitting and waiting for 5 minutes and then nobody bothers to return the call. I just want a replacement for my Luis Robert redemption.

Maybe the Zombie Apocalypse has begun in their CS Department and they can’t answer or return calls. I’m fine with that, but someone outside the call center needs to let the rest of us know!

I've tried contacting them several ways - phone, different emails, website, etc. and have never gotten through. Not once.

What do you mean you need a replacement? is it expired? My advice is to sell the redemption card and let some other jabroni deal with Panini. I personally see getting a panini redemption card as a black cloud, I don't want anything to do with them, I hate them with a passion.

I redeemed the card back in August 2020. Still waiting for them to fulfill the redemption.

ouch. I have a Griffey jr auto /5 that's been in the panini system for years now. I have since moved on with my life and have chalked it up to a lost cause. I will never deal with another panini redemption card ever again.

I have open redemptions as far back as 2016. Right before Covid I finally got through to remrich@paniniamerica.net and asked for a replacement for multiple unfulfilled redemptions, he agreed but never did anything. I have also requested a replacement after paninis new system was up and running but still nothing. Panini has made sooooooo much money over the past year and still has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Of course but if i ever get a redemption card i would just sell it. I will never ever try to redeem something from panini ever again. Maybe other companies are better at redemption, i have no idea. Panini redemption seems to be more of a scam to be perfectly honest.

I have 2 dozen open redemptions at Panini, haven't gotten a card in the mail in over a year. Every 120 days, they notify me that I have to take action, and I do.

Even the ones I've said replacements are fine, nothing happens. It's just a black hole. I wouldn't care, except for waiting on a quad signature NT booklet with Tatis, Vlad Jr, and Eloy that I've seen live on eBay already. So I don't know where the hell it is.

Optic baseball was my last purchase from Panini. Can’t justify putting more trust in them if they can’t fulfill their promises to the customers.

Well they told me about my auto griffey /5 that the card doesn't even exist yet, after all the redemption are redeems then they have him sign the card? It ws something along those lines, bottom line is they didnt have the card yet. If you're seeing the same card on ebay, who knows what the story is.
