You can still submit vouchers! Just checked and if you select them it will be a service level that pops up. I have 15 of them and this is great for me!

BGS is already busy... still likely to get more submissions.
HGA is limiting submission, will get harder to get in line there I'd guess.
SGC.... RIP 2.0
CSG.... RIP 1.0

Seems like the only two choices right now are SGC or CSG. Interesting to see if they can handle the volume they're about to receive.

I’m guessing the liability insurance was getting pretty high. How much/when do PSA slabs jump?

They had to do this, there was no quick fix and they knew it was creating a situation where they would be in a law suit very soon, they still may be in trouble.

In my opinion I believe this is the right move for PSA. I know I’m not the only one with Economy CC orders still stuck in grading that were sent in back in August. I will be VERY curious to see what this does to the sealed wax market especially with Prizm basketball dropping tomorrow (which is why they probably made this move today before an avalanche of submissions). I think it also means a likely bump in value for PSA 10 and 9 graded cards but I could be wrong.

Smart move, if they waited a month they’d be flooded with Prizm BKB and Bowman.

I literally shipped out a submission yesterday at the post office. I didnt see what will happen to those orders, will they send it back or will they still accept it since it was sent before 3/30?

I created two new subs a couple days ago, was planning on mailing them out this week. Anyone know if those subs in limbo are still valid?

Good. Close up shop. Re-examine operations. Set new targets, scale pipeline, expansion, prepare new MBO’s. Execute.

It’s rather simple for a company this size.

This is what I came into to say. Great news for other players like CSG. I have a submission into them right now. Makes me want to get my bulk order in before the masses hit...

PSA is too busy reviewing the altered cards that they graded and they are doubling down on their mistakes. How long before people realize the emperor has no clothes?

A bit confused why some think this will make graded cards disappear. PSA is sitting on an obscene amount of cards already that are getting ready to flood into the market. When they come back, hopefully they will have expanded enough to process orders in a more timely manner. I'm not sure why this stops flippers either. They were going to have to wait almost a year to get most stuff back anyways.
I'd say this helps other companies, but Beckett is experiencing growing delays. CGC (parent company of the new CGS) is delaying comics and I'd bet cards are next, but maybe they are just putting resources into their new baby.
I do agree that this likely frees up a good bit of cash for a lot of collectors. It also might put a temporary premium on graded versions of recent releases.
